We’re looking for a leader who is clinically sharp and deeply human to expand how Good Inside supports expecting and new parents. In this role, you will work closely with our Founders as one of our first experts in the Baby category.
This expert will focus on starting solids, nutrition, and early gut health, helping parents navigate one of the most confusing and high-pressure transitions in early childhood.
You’ll cover topics including:
You’ll help parents cut through noise and fear, understand what’s normal, and feel confident feeding their baby — reframing feeding as a relationship, not a performance metric.
The right fit is someone who lights up when helping parents, embraces an inclusive, non-judgmental approach, and feels energized by creating content that reaches families at scale. Much of your impact will come through videos and courses, where your warmth and expertise will help parents feel seen, understood, and never alone.

Good Inside is seeking a Marketing Analytics Manager, to own and elevate analytics across our full marketing conversion funnel, from the first click to paid subscription and long-term retention. This is a high-impact role at the center of Growth and Data. You’ll analyze paid acquisition performance, sharpen our understanding of CAC and LTV, and connect marketing spend to real revenue outcomes. We’re looking for someone who understands subscription businesses deeply, thinks in unit economics, and moves quickly. If you love turning messy funnel data into clear direction and helping a team spend smarter, this role is for you. This is a hybrid role based in Manhattan with three days onsite.
Full-Funnel Performance
Own marketing analytics from first click to lifetime value. Define and track the metrics that actually matter, CAC, LTV, retention, payback, and connect campaign performance to real revenue outcomes.
Smarter Spend
Partner with Growth to evaluate channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, affiliates) through a long-term profitability lens. Recommend where to double down, pull back, or test next.
Measurement That Tells the Truth
Improve attribution, design incrementality tests, and ensure reporting reflects true incremental revenue, not just platform numbers.
Subscription Economics
Connect acquisition to retention and LTV. Model payback, forecast growth, and pressure-test investment assumptions.
Experimentation & Insight
Analyze A/B tests across creative, landing pages, and pricing. Deliver clear recommendations that drive decisions, not just dashboards.
Strategic Influence
Translate complex data into executive-ready narratives. Shape budget allocation, growth strategy, and board-level reporting.

We’re looking for bold, high-ownership problem-solvers who want to build something new, tackle big challenges, and be at the forefront of change.
We’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager to sit at the center of how we bring Good Inside to life. This is a true PMM role - but at Good Inside, that means marketing two interconnected products:
This person will sit on the Marketing team and report to the Head of Marketing, while building strong cross-functional relationships with Product Managers, Content Managers, Writers, Creative, Lifecycle, Growth, and Analytics.
Your job is to ensure we tell the right story about what we build, and that every feature, experience, and piece of content lands clearly, compellingly, and strategically in-market.
This is a hybrid role and requires 3 days per week in our Midtown Manhattan office.
Turn Product Into Story
You’ll take what we’re building and make it matter. Translate roadmap into clear, compelling messaging that shows parents not just what a feature does, but how it changes their everyday life.
Launch What We Build
Own go-to-market for features, content drops, and big moments. Write the brief. Shape the narrative. Partner across Growth, Lifecycle, Creative, and Social to bring it to life across every channel.
Market Content Like a Product
Our content isn’t a library, it’s a strategic offering. You’ll position series, workshops, and new drops in ways that feel differentiated, urgent, and transformative.
Sharpen the Message
Keep our messaging tight, human, and clear. Eliminate fluff. Strengthen differentiation. Make sure what we promise matches what parents experience inside the product.
Connect the Dots
Work closely with Product, Content, Analytics, Growth, and Creative. Be the bridge between what we build and how we show up in the world.

Good Inside is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to own the foundation of our analytics data platform. This role blends analytics engineering and data engineering, requiring deep expertise in dbt-based modeling in SQL and hands-on experience building scalable, production-grade data pipelines leveraging Python.
You will be responsible for designing modular, extensible data models that power Marketing, Product, Finance, and Growth decision-making—while ensuring correctness in complex domains such as subscription lifecycle management, Stripe payments, and revenue recognition. You will also be the connector between Engineering, especially with our infrastructure team for architecture decisions that have downstream data impacts, and the Data Analytics team.
This role is ideal for someone who thinks like a software engineer, writes elegant SQL, embraces test-driven development, leverages AI-assisted workflows to increase velocity, and takes pride in building clean, reliable systems that scale.
This is a hybrid role based in Manhattan with three days onsite.
Build the Data Foundation
Design and maintain clean, reliable data models that power reporting and decision-making. Create clear, well-documented transformations so everyone trusts the numbers.
Own Subscription & Revenue Data
Model the full subscription lifecycle; new signups, upgrades, churn, reactivations, and ensure our Stripe and billing data is accurate and aligned with Engineering and Finance.
Strengthen Our Data Stack
Build and maintain data pipelines and workflows. Improve data freshness and reliability so teams aren’t waiting on or questioning the numbers.
Protect Data Quality
Set up strong testing and monitoring. Catch inconsistencies early and keep definitions consistent across teams.
Partner Across the Business
Work closely with Engineering, Product, Marketing, Finance, and BI to make sure tracking is built in from the start and business questions translate into scalable data solutions. Communicate clearly and balance competing priorities without lowering the bar.

Good Inside is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our Engineering team. This is not a research or data science role – we’re looking for a strong backend engineer who has hands-on experience shipping ML-powered features in production. You’ll work at the intersection of backend systems and machine learning, building the infrastructure and services that bring personalized, intelligent experiences to our users.
You should be comfortable working with ML APIs, understanding core ML concepts, and integrating models into reliable, scalable backend systems. Your primary identity is as a software engineer – someone who writes clean, production-grade code – with the added ability to reason about ML systems and bring them to life in our product.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, including product, design, mobile, and data teams, to build high-quality features that serve our users’ needs. Your ability to blend backend engineering excellence with practical ML knowledge will be essential as we continue to evolve and scale the Good Inside platform.
This role follows a hybrid schedule, with three in-office days each week at our Manhattan location.
