WHY GILLIG
We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Human Resources Operations Analyst to join our team. This position is an integral partner for ensuring quality data, upholding processes, and empowering cross-functional communication within our organization. This individual will be the go-to expert for complex HR transactions, data auditing, and compliance reporting, while also leading HR projects that drive efficiency and improve employee experience. The ideal professional is someone who has well-developed analytical and functional skills and is passionate about accuracy, compliance, policies, and regulations. As a member of the HR team, you may be given other job duties to support the department unrelated HR Operations.
This position is on site in Livermore, CA and reports to the Director of Human Resources (Corporate)
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
EXPECTED COMPENSATION
$75,000 - $135,000/annual salary + premium benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job classification, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. We are looking for a dynamic, detailed oriented Senior HRIS Analyst professional to join a company and human resource team that believes in treating employees like family. The Sr. HRIS Analyst will manage and maintain GILLIG’s Human Capital Management (HCM)- SAP SuccessFactors ensuring its optimal functionality and alignment with business goals. This role is responsible for ensuring data integrity, testing system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities, supporting HCM upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects. As a member of the human resources team, you may be given other assignments to support the department unrelated to the HCM system.
This role is based onsite daily in the Livermore CA office and reports for the Director, HR Operations.

$75,000 - $150,000/annual salary + premium benefits

This position will lead efforts to design, implement and successfully administer competitive compensation, equity, benefits, relocation, time off and retirement programs to attract as well as retain talent essential to achieving GILLIGs business objectives. As the Total Rewards Manager, you will bring your proven best practices in Compensation and Benefits expertise while creating and leveraging innovative Compensation and Benefits practices as well as displaying a passion for building and scaling a best-in-class organization. This role will be reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources.
