About This Role
As a Civil Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in executing a state-of-the-art enrichment facility from concept through commissioning. This role will ensure that our enrichment facilities meet safety, efficiency and environmental standards.
You will have the opportunity to work on a greenfield project collaborating with mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, architects, and both internal and external partners to develop detailed structural designs and specifications. You will wear multiple hats and supporting your design work through vendor activity and constructions administration. Responsibilities
- Preparation and modification of various engineering documents including reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules, cost estimates and design plans for projects using engineering and design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.) and equipment.
- Use site visits, reports, maps, drawings, engineering plans, tests, and aerial photographs to assess soil composition, terrain, hydrological characteristics, and topographical and geologic data and their impact on the planning and design of our facilities
- Implement site safety activity plans and coordinate field work activities.
- Take full ownership of civil permitting processes, working directly with regulatory agencies, municipalities, and environmental consultants
- Ensure project compliance with federal, state, and local zoning, land use, and environmental regulations
- Conduct civil engineering risk assessments, ensuring mitigation measures are in place for hydrology, land grading, and flood zone constraints
- Collaborate with EPC project managers, construction teams, and subcontractors to refine site development strategies
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in structural engineering or similar discipline.
- 8+ years of industry experience.
- EPC project experience.
- Expert knowledge in standard engineering techniques and procedures. Strong computer skills (e.g. AutoCAD, MicroStation, BIM (Revit), Civil 3D, PLS, PLS-CADD, RISA-3D, MathCADD), and/or hydraulic, hydrologic, pavement, civil analysis programs.
- Experience with leading the discipline design for large projects and delegating work tasks to team members. Ability to lead execution of work and resolve issues in a team environment.

About the Role
We’re looking for a Structural Engineer (New Graduate) with a strong interest in structural systems design for industrial and mission‑critical facilities to join our growing engineering team. You’ll collaborate with experienced engineers and designers to develop robust structural solutions for spaces similar to data centers, manufacturing plants, refineries, and other large‑scale infrastructure. What You’ll Do
- Support the design and coordination of structural systems in BIM for industrial and critical facilities, including gravity and lateral load-resisting systems.

About the Role
We’re looking for a Specialist Lab Piping Designer to lead the design of complex fluid and gas distribution systems for our most sensitive R&D, industrial, and high-stakes infrastructure projects. This role sits at the intersection of process engineering and architectural coordination, requiring a designer who understands that a wet lab or a cleanroom is only as functional as the high-purity systems supporting it.
You will be responsible for architecting the routing, containment, and point-of-use delivery for specialized gases and high-purity water systems. Working within our Facility Design team, you will ensure that hazardous and inert gases, vacuum systems, and ultra-pure liquids are integrated seamlessly into the building’s structural and mechanical fabric, adhering to the highest standards of safety and contamination control.
Responsibilities
- Design and engineer comprehensive laboratory piping systems, including high-purity specialty gases such as N2, compressed air, vacuum, and RODI (Reverse Osmosis/Deionized) water systems.
- Prepare high-fidelity design packages in Revit, owning the 3D coordination of sloped waste lines, gas manifolds, and overhead service carriers within complex ceiling voids.
- Specify materials and components appropriate for the medium, ranging from orbitally welded stainless steel for high-purity gases to acid-resistant neutralized waste piping for wet labs.
- Develop P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) and flow schematics that define system logic, pressure regulation, and emergency shut-off protocols.
- Lead multidisciplinary coordination to ensure piping routes do not conflict with structural bracing, HVAC ductwork, or electrical busways, maintaining strict architectural clearances.
- Ensure code compliance with NFPA 45 (Standard on Fire Protection for Laboratories using Chemicals), NFPA 99 (Health Care Facilities Code), and ASME B31.3 (Process Piping).
- Support construction and commissioning by performing submittal reviews and technical field inspections to verify the integrity of specialized joints and purges.
Basic Qualifications

About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior BMS/BAS Engineer to lead the design, integration, and commissioning of advanced building automation and control systems for our most complex mission-critical projects. Responsibilities

About This Role
We’re looking for an Electrical Engineer (New Graduate) with a strong interest in electrical systems design for industrial and mission‑critical facilities to join our growing engineering team. You’ll collaborate with experienced engineers and designers to develop power, lighting, and low‑voltage systems for data centers, manufacturing plants, refineries, and other large‑scale infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated graduate eager to contribute to high‑reliability, energy‑intensive facility design in the AEC industry.
Responsibilities
- Support the design and coordination of electrical power systems in BIM for industrial and critical facilities.
- Perform load calculations, circuit analysis, panel schedules, and equipment layouts under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Assist in the design of medium‑voltage distribution networks, substations, and backup systems including preparing single line diagrams for systems.
- Work on lighting design, grounding, and protective device coordination.
- Contribute to BIM modeling using Revit and AutoCAD to integrate designs with mechanical and structural disciplines.
- Support documentation, specifications, and construction drawings for large‑scale projects.
- Participate in workflow automation and data analytics using visual programming (Dynamo, Grasshopper) or coding (Python, C#).
- Effectively communicate technical ideas within multidisciplinary project teams.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field (recent graduate or upcoming).
- Coursework in electrical power systems, machines, circuits, and building services engineering.
- Familiarity with BIM modeling software, such as Revit and AutoCAD.
- Understanding of medium‑voltage distribution, load analysis, and design fundamentals.
- Knowledge of lighting and energy modeling tools (e.g., Dialux, IES‑VE) is advantageous.
- Interest and/or experience in AI tools for design, visual programming (Dynamo, Grasshopper), coding (Python, C#), and/or open‑source projects.
- Internship experience at an engineering or AEC firm preferred, especially projects involving industrial or power‑intensive facilities.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly and collaboratively across disciplines.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Familiarity with electrical codes and standards (NEC, NFPA 70E, IEEE).
- Exposure to power system studies, short‑circuit and arc‑flash analysis, or relay protection.
- Experience with renewable integration, generator systems, or UPS and battery energy storage.
- Understanding of data center electrical topologies (Uptime Tier standards, redundancy design).
Additional Requirements
- Ability to work extended hours and weekends as necessary.

Compensation and Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $90,000-$105,000 annually.
