Position Summary:
The Cloud Solution Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud-native, AI-driven solutions on IaaS and SaaS platforms, leveraging AI services, including Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, and Databricks. This role applies DevOps practices and Infrastructure-as-Code methodologies with tools such as Terraform to ensure consistent, repeatable, and scalable deployments.
The ideal candidate must have expertise in migrating on-premises workloads to the cloud, managing scalable infrastructure, ensuring security compliance, and optimizing cost-effective AI models. Additionally, the role requires translating business goals into technical solutions to improve performance and cost efficiency.

Position Summary:
The IT Learning and Development Trainer is responsible for delivering engaging technology training programs that support user adoption and effective use of firm systems. This role is part of the IT Learning and Development team and will assist in designing, developing, and delivering training solutions that meet business needs. The Trainer will independently facilitate training sessions, support the development of learning materials, and provide ongoing user support, while continuing to build expertise in instructional design and learning technologies.
This position reports to the IT Learning and Development Manager and requires regular in-office presence in the New York office (at least 3 days per week, or as business needs require).
