Summary
Foundation Academies seeks a highly effective and detail-oriented Summer Bridge Lead to support the execution of our 9th Grade Summer Bridge Program. This role is critical to ensuring incoming high school scholars build the academic foundation and habits necessary for success in Science, Math, and ELA. This role includes pre-program planning and post-program follow-through in addition to daily execution. Success in this role will be measured by student academic growth, quality and consistency of instruction, effectiveness of data tracking and progress monitoring, and overall program execution and team support.
The Summer Bridge Lead supports both instructional quality and daily operations, working closely with teachers and leadership to ensure strong implementation of curriculum, consistent use of data, and a structured, engaging scholar experience. This role requires someone who can coach teachers, monitor progress daily, and ensure the program runs smoothly and effectively.

Foundation Academies seeks passionate and dedicated teachers to support our Summer Academy for scholars in Kindergarten through Grade 3 and Grades 6 through 8. This program is designed to accelerate foundational skills in literacy and mathematics, reinforce key standards, and prepare scholars for strong entry into the upcoming school year. This role is ideal for teachers who are energized by accelerating student learning and ensuring scholars enter the school year prepared and confident. Teachers will be expected to maintain high expectations for both academic rigor and student engagement throughout the program

Summary
The Summer Academy Interventionist provides targeted, high impact small group instruction to scholars who need additional support in foundational literacy and or mathematics. This role is critical to accelerating student learning by reinforcing key skills, closing learning gaps, and building confidence ahead of the upcoming school year.
Interventionists will deliver structured, data driven instruction aligned to grade level standards while maintaining a strong focus on engagement, relationships, and measurable academic growth.

This is a temporary summer position. Interventionists will receive all necessary curriculum and materials. Training and onboarding will be provided prior to program launch.

The Assistant Principal is responsible for ensuring strong daily execution of instruction, consistent classroom expectations, and real-time use of data to improve student outcomes. This role serves as the primary driver of instructional quality and teacher support, while also ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
This is a leadership role for someone who can coach adults, monitor systems, and ensure that what is planned is executed at a high level every day. This role includes pre-program planning and post-program follow-through. Success will be measured by instructional quality across classrooms, teacher effectiveness and growth, student academic progress, and strength of daily program execution.
