Pippen Health, the virtual medicine practice affiliated with Found, is looking for registered dietitians (RDs) to join their team of care providers dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centric care. Found’s platform integrates leading weight management clinical practice with innovative technology to provide holistic support for patients during their health journeys. Led by Dr. Rekha Kumar, a leader in obesity medicine, Found's program brings a more personalized, supportive, and hands-on approach to obesity care than other telemedicine companies.
You will get to be an early part of Found’s newest offering, expanding RD services and personalized nutritional coaching and support to members with insurance primarily through synchronous consultations. Consultations include health assessments, lab screenings, management of diagnoses related to obesity, documentation, & follow-up care for patients. Alongside our clinical prescribing and member support team, you will provide ongoing support to patients as they navigate their weight care journey, including managing medication side effects, changing nutrition treatment plans based on changes in patient’s health, weight loss progress, &/or insurance coverage. Best efforts are made to maintain continuity of care between patient & clinician to develop long-term relationships.

The ideal candidate would be a technologically-savvy, life-long learner who has independent practice experience in obesity medicine and telemedicine (synchronous and asynchronous).

Lifecycle is one of Found's most important growth and retention levers, and we're bringing it fully in-house. As our Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you'll own pre-purchase lifecycle end-to-end — strategy, Braze execution, experimentation, and measurement — and over time grow the program to own post-purchase retention as well. You'll replace most of our current agency footprint, partner closely with Product, Clinical, Creative, and Paid, and build the AI-augmented content engine that lets a lean team ship more, test faster, and stay compliant.
This is a hands-on senior IC role for someone who wants clear ownership of a core channel, a direct line to the VP of Growth and ELT, and a mandate to use AI aggressively to do the work of a small team.

Found Health is seeking a strategic and experienced Medical Director to lead clinical innovation and clinical practice for our virtual platform. This role is the primary architect of our clinical offerings, bridging the gap between high-level strategy, product execution, and provider enablement. Partnering closely with our Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Rekha Kumar, the Medical Director ensures that our clinical expansion and care delivery remains high-quality, safe, and aligned with cutting-edge medical standards.
This person will oversee the Associate Medical Director, Clinical Leads, and work closely with our Head of Operations.
Collaborate with the Associate Medical Director, who oversees the implementation of protocols for medical practice associated with Found Health and Head of Operations, who is responsible for provider productivity and marketplace metrics.

This role will lead a proactive, insight-driven approach to social community management and strategy, helping Found plan, execute, and generate content that resonates with members where they live online. We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to own core levers of Found’s consumer growth engine.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the intersection of paid acquisition, creative strategy, lifecycle, and conversion optimization. You’ll be responsible for improving CAC, payback, and member growth across the funnel, working closely with agencies, internal teams, and leadership. In your first 6–12 months, success in this role means improving CAC efficiency, increasing lead-to-conversion rates, and launching new creative and channel strategies that drive measurable member growth.
You’ll report directly to the VP of Strategy, BizOps & Growth and help define how Found acquires and converts hundreds of thousands of future members.
