You are an ambitious self-starter who is looking to join a new division of a fast-growing fintech as one our first Mortgage Loan Officers. You love providing truly white-glove client support and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills — with an established track record of successfully managing a large pipeline of home loans. With deep knowledge of the mortgage industry, you can leverage your consultative skills to help educate clients on the best available products to them.
You’re equally adept at working with internal partners across the organization as you are in gracefully handling complicated communication directly with clients. As a Mortgage Loan Officer on the Flourish team, you will be tasked with providing our clients with an exceptional borrowing experience while also contributing to teamwide efforts in developing a recently-launched business line. Your primary responsibility will be to quickly and seamlessly execute home financings by working directly with financial advisors and their clients, prioritizing speed of responsiveness and white-glove service throughout the entirety of the loan lifecycle, with all opportunities sourced through a unique new distribution channel. At the same time, you will contribute to our overall efforts in building out the business line, whether that is in assisting in development of new policies and procedures, trialing new software, or suggesting countless improvements as we work to improve everything from the client experience to speed of closing.

As a client support representative, you’ll provide client support via phone, email and chat from 9am to 5pm PT / 11am to 7pm CT, leveraging both internal and external tools. Client questions will range from providing straightforward answers about our products to solving in-depth issues that require a deep understanding of both our product and client circumstances – you can get a sense of the issues our clients ask about on our online Help Center FAQs. You’ll partner with our product team and work closely with engineers to help resolve thorny issues within a dynamic, always-changing environment.
Equally as important as providing white-glove support will be contributing to our client support organization. This will include building the playbook we’ll use to scale our client support organization, tagging and tracking client issues to identify trends, reporting on metrics used to efficiently run our business, and developing and maintaining internal and external client support materials, from email templates to phone scripts to client-facing FAQs. Given the small size of our team, this role is far more dynamic than the typical support role, and will involve operating within a fast-paced, technology centric environment that is constantly evolving.

You will be highly involved in the day-to-day activities of the business development representatives, including setting goals, tracking performance metrics, and providing training and support, and work collaboratively with the Head of Business Development to set strategy and goals for the business development organization. As an early member of our business development team, you will play an integral role on our sales team by contributing to all facets of our sales efforts. Your core responsibility will be helping to source and schedule meetings for the business development team, whether through setting meetings through a high volume of outbound outreach, helping to prospect within existing clients, qualifying inbound leads, and managing conferences, events and lead lists oftentimes working independently while managing multiple initiatives. We will count on you to research untapped markets, identify potential relationships and share newly found industry knowledge with the team. As an external facing member of the team, sharp writing skills and the ability to think on your feet are vital.
As you demonstrate success, your responsibilities may expand to include end-to-end management of the sales cycle, with opportunity to grow into closing and onboarding new business. Along the way, you will contribute to our overall sales efforts, from helping with conferences and events, digging into metrics and reporting, assisting in onboarding of new clients and overall customer success, managing our CRM and more.

As an Account Executive, you will play a key role on our sales team, working with RIAs to both grow adoption of our products within our existing client base and to bring new firms onto the platform. You’ll work independently to own and manage client conversations from end-to-end, including managing inbound leads and working independently to originate new business opportunities—whether through your own efforts or in partnership with our marketing organization or business development team.
You’ll partner across the organization to share client feedback, champion innovative business opportunities, and develop new strategies for growth while contributing to the overall sales efforts of Flourish.
