About the Role
Flock is hiring a Capital Markets Analyst to join our team. In this role, you won't just be crunching numbers; you will be the engine behind our deal flow, bridging the gap between complex financial data and strategic investment decisions. While your primary focus will be on diligence and operations to start, you will gain exposure to diverse capital structures and institutional financing strategies for all parts of the real estate transaction.

About the Role
Flock is seeking a motivated, results-driven professional to join our Acquisitions team as a Client Growth Associate. You’ll be the first point of contact with rental property owners—sparking conversations, building relationships, and qualifying fit for Flock’s Single Family Rental product. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, persuasive, and eager to grow their career.

About the Role
As our Investor Relations Manager, your core responsibility is making sure every client understands, trusts, and feels well-served by their investment in Flock. That means building deep, trusted relationships with clients who are often navigating their first institutional investment and for whom an exchange with Flock may represent one of the most significant financial decisions of their lives. This is not a traditional IR role. It demands genuine mastery of the fund's mechanics alongside the rare ability to make those mechanics digestible to individuals who are shrewd about real estate but new to institutional investing.

Compensation: $185–205k OTE, plus equity and benefits (medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k, and unlimited PTO).
