As a Business Development Representative for Latin America you will play a key role in supporting Flipp’s growth across Spanish speaking markets. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, building new relationships and generating qualified conversations for our sales leadership team.
You'll manage a named account list across the LATAM region and be measured on your ability to break into new accounts through creative, consistent outreach. This is a high-activity role suited for someone who enjoys starting conversations, stays motivated through challenges, and takes pride in driving measurable results
What you'll get the opportunity to do:
Outbound Prospecting & Conversation Generation (80%)
- Execute high-volume outbound campaigns via calls, personalized emails, video messages, and LinkedIn to Spanish & Portuguese-speaking prospects across Latin America
- Own and work a named account list, developing multi-touch sequences to penetrate target accounts
- Research prospects and craft tailored messaging that resonates with each contact's specific business challenges
- Overcome objections and gatekeepers to reach decision-makers at retail and brand organizations
- Convert cold outreach into qualified discovery calls and meetings for Business Development Leads and senior leadership
- Hit weekly and monthly activity metrics: calls made, emails sent, conversations held, meetings booked
- Test and refine outreach approaches, subject lines, and talk tracks to continuously improve conversion rates
Pipeline Development & Reporting (10%)
- Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene: log all activity, update contact records, and track prospect status
- Provide weekly reports on outreach volume, response rates, and meeting conversion
- Collaborate with leadership to refine target account lists and prioritize high-potential segments
Market Intelligence (10%)
- Stay informed on the Latin American retail and advertising landscape to sharpen prospecting angles
- Identify triggers and signals (funding rounds, leadership changes, expansion news) that create outreach opportunities
- Share competitive insights and prospect feedback with the broader team
What you'll bring to the team:
Required:
- Native or near-native Spanish fluency (written and verbal)
- Professional English proficiency
- 1–2 years of outbound sales development or cold calling experience
- Demonstrated success in generating conversations and meetings from cold outreach
- Resilience and persistence—you view "no" as the start of a conversation, not the end
- Strong verbal communication and ability to think on your feet during live calls
- Highly organized with the discipline to manage high activity volumes consistently
Preferred:
- Experience prospecting into Latin American markets
- Background in tech, digital media, advertising, or retail
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo) and CRM platforms

As an Account Executive for Latin America you will play a key role in supporting Flipp’s growth across Spanish speaking markets. This role focuses on building trusted, long-term partnerships with some of Latin America’s largest retailers, CPG brands, and agencies. We work collaboratively across teams to help partners grow their business through innovative technology, data-driven insights, and strategic consulting. What you'll get the opportunity to do:
- Build and grow strategic partnerships with leading retailers, CPGs, and agencies across Latin America while acting as a trusted business consultant.
- Develop and execute account growth strategies that drive revenue, technology adoption, and long-term partnership success.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, partnering with teams across Insights, Operations, Media, Creative, and Technology to deliver impactful solutions.
- Use shopper data, analytics, and business insights to create compelling business cases, influence decision-making, and identify new growth opportunities.
- Present strategic recommendations and innovative solutions to manager and director-level stakeholders in a dynamic retail environment.
What you'll bring to the team:
- 3–7 years of experience in sales, account management, partnerships, or client success, ideally within CPG, digital media, retail, advertising, or technology.
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships and influence stakeholders through strategic, consultative selling.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience leading multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Confidence working with data and analytics to uncover insights, measure impact, and support business decisions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas and inspire action internally and externally.
- A collaborative, team-first mindset and experience working cross-functionally to drive results.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with the ability to navigate ambiguity and solve problems effectively.
