Manager, IT Operations
You've been on a help desk long enough to know that the tech is rarely the hard part. The hard part is the analyst who's burning out on a Friday afternoon, the customer escalation nobody flagged until it was too late, and the SLA you're watching slip in real time while you try to hold five things together at once. You've been there — and you've figured out how to get through it without losing the team in the process.
You care about the people underneath you as much as the metrics above you. You know that a well-run help desk isn't just a function — it's a culture. And you know how to build that culture deliberately, through feedback, clarity, and earning trust quickly.
At Fixify, we're building an AI-native IT automation platform that combines technology with a human touch. The help desk is where that human touch shows up in real time — and the Manager, IT Operations is the person who makes sure it holds up under pressure. You'll lead a team of IT analysts, own the operational standards that keep our customers happy, and work across the organisation to make sure we're building for scale, not just for today.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll manage people and processes, shape how we work across customers, and partner with operations, product, and employee experience to build something that lasts.
This is a hybrid role, combining remote work with regular in-person time at Fixify's Cork office.

Someone who can guide a small, high-impact team while staying close enough to the code to shape architecture, unblock engineers, and raise the bar.
This isn’t a “managing from a distance” role. You’ll be mentoring engineers, breaking down complex problems, and contributing to production systems that directly power our growth. You’ll partner closely with Product and Design, translating ambition into maintainable, reliable software that scales with us.
Your primary customers are your engineering team — who rely on you for context, technical judgment, and support — and our product partners, who count on you to deliver predictable, high-quality outcomes. As Fixify grows, you’ll play a key role in shaping how engineering works: our standards, our rituals, and the way we hold ourselves accountable.
This position is remote-friendly, and you’ll collaborate closely with teammates across Engineering, Product, and Design.

As a Senior Data Scientist, you’ll be at the forefront of this transformation, wielding machine learning, AI, and all your data wizardry to build solutions that make a difference while they make smiles bloom across our customers.

As a senior data scientist, you'll be working with a team of people who care -- about our customers, about our world, and about each other. As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll work collaboratively with other engineers on all aspects of our product. You'll take ownership of feature delivery in horizontally scalable messaging pipelines while also ensuring the rounded corner of every button in the UI is just right. No doubt you'll come with lots of great ideas of how to evolve the product as you get to explore Fixify's exciting range of features, including large language models (LLMs). We're also big believers in staying close to our customers. So you'll also immerse yourself in our users' environments and refine your work based on their feedback. Attention to detail is key – especially when it comes to communicating clearly with our users.
