We are looking for a creative, commercially focused and highly motivated individual to help drive our business development strategy at Fireblocks. The Business Development Manager for the Blockchain and DeFi ecosystem is a high-impact role that sits at the forefront of innovation in the digital asset market. You will focus primarily on decentralized finance (DeFi) use cases, globally. You’ll get to work with the most talented people at Fireblocks across the product, legal, finance, marketing and sales functions, and engage directly with the most innovative customers and partners across the Fireblocks Network. You’ll get to immerse yourself in how Fireblocks clients interact with blockchains, protocols and applications, enabling you to identify new opportunities and develop solutions to unlock new areas of growth for the business.

It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and each compensation decision is dependent on each individual case. A reasonable base salary range estimate for this position is $155,000 to $200,000. The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which for some roles may include a target bonus, a very competitive equity grant, and very generous benefits.

Fireblocks is building a regulated Financial Services Division encompassing custody, payments , and tokenized securities. We are looking for a General Manager to lead Fireblocks Payment Services, our licensed payments entity, from early-stage buildout into a scaled stablecoin and crypto-payments business.
We are seeking a high impact leader that will help drive our vision to become a leading payments provider. Combination of strategy and execution is critical, with a passion for working closely with clients. You will own the P&L, drive the product roadmap, and coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, compliance, legal, partnerships). You’ll operate at the intersection of payments infrastructure, stablecoin rails, and regulatory strategy — shaping how institutional and enterprise clients move value through Fireblocks’ licensed stack. Join the Blockchain Backend Infrastructure team and take a position in building and maintaining Fireblocks's blockchain management platform. You'll be responsible for building cutting-edge blockchain infrastructure while implementing high-throughput, real-time scalable software solutions.
As a Blockchain Engineer, you will be instrumental in the research and integration of blockchain technologies into the Fireblocks platform. Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with foundations and developers to gain a deep understanding of blockchain protocols and on-chain projects, then applying that knowledge to implement new features within the platform.
You will focus equally on external protocol integration patterns and internal wallet infrastructure. This role serves as a technical bridge between raw on-chain capabilities and the wallet features delivered to our customers.

We are expanding our embedded wallet business across EMEA, following our acquisition of Dynamic, the market leader of non-custodial wallet infrastructure powering companies like Circle, Kraken, Rain, Stripe, Papaya Global, Lighter, and Magic Eden. Embedded wallets are having a breakout moment - enterprises across banking, payments, fintech, trading, and broader corporates are actively exploring how to embed digital asset functionality into their offerings and this role sits at the center of that demand.
