Here’s the bit about the opportunity:
We are looking for a creative, commercially focused and highly motivated individual to help drive our business development strategy at Fireblocks. The Business Development Manager for the Blockchain and DeFi ecosystem is a high-impact role that sits at the forefront of innovation in the digital asset market. You will focus primarily on decentralized finance (DeFi) use cases, globally. You’ll get to work with the most talented people at Fireblocks across the product, legal, finance, marketing and sales functions, and engage directly with the most innovative customers and partners across the Fireblocks Network. You’ll get to immerse yourself in how Fireblocks clients interact with blockchains, protocols and applications, enabling you to identify new opportunities and develop solutions to unlock new areas of growth for the business.

It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and each compensation decision is dependent on each individual case. A reasonable base salary range estimate for this position is $155,000 to $200,000. The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which for some roles may include a target bonus, a very competitive equity grant, and very generous benefits.

We are seeking a highly experienced product professional with a passion for blockchain technology to join our corporate strategy team as we attempt to navigate a complex and evolving global regulatory environment.
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager with a strong engineering background. Your expertise in aligning technical capabilities with market demands, coupled with your experience in scaling products and teams, will be instrumental in achieving Fireblocks’ strategic goals. In this role you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and data analysts, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective delivery across domains.
For employees hired to work remotely from New York, or from our NYC HQ, Fireblocks is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range is specific to New York City and takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are reviewed when making a hiring decision, such as years of experience, skills, and other business needs.
It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and each compensation decision is dependent on each individual case. A reasonable base salary range estimate for this position is $194,000 - $267,000. The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which for some roles may include a target bonus, a very competitive equity grant, and very generous benefits.

We are looking for a General Manager to lead Fireblocks Payment Services, our licensed payments entity, from early-stage buildout into a scaled stablecoin and crypto-payments business.
We are seeking a high impact leader that will help drive our vision to become a leading payments provider. Combination of strategy and execution is critical, with a passion for working closely with clients. You will own the P&L, drive the product roadmap, and coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, compliance, legal, partnerships).
