FIGS is seeking an Associate Designer to contribute to the development of Outerwear, Lounge, and FIGS Pro. This role reports into and partners closely with the Senior Designer to design and deliver elevated, functional product across technical outerwear, tailored wovens, and refined knit categories. You will own portions of the design process from concept through execution, translating brand direction into commercially viable, style-forward product that meets the needs of healthcare professionals.
What You’ll Do
- Design and develop styles within assigned categories (Outerwear, Lounge, FIGS Pro)
- Translate seasonal concepts into product that balances style, function, & commercial viability
- Create compelling sketches, CADs, and presentation materials to communicate design intent
- Own tech packs and BOMs for assigned styles across seasons
- Drive development process in partnership with Product Development and Technical Design
- Ensure design intent is maintained through development while meeting cost, quality, and timeline targets
- Research and interpret trends, materials, and market insights across RTW, workwear, and performance categories
- Apply insights to inform design direction, product decisions, and category evolution
- Participate in fittings with informed input on fit, construction, and design intent
- Collaborate with Technical Design to problem-solve and refine product
- Partner cross-functionally (PD, Tech, Merchandising) to drive product forward
- Ensure alignment across categories to deliver a cohesive brand experience
- Manage own workflow and priorities across multiple projects
- Ensure deliverables align with seasonal calendars and business needs
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in apparel design
- Experience in outerwear, tailored wovens, knitwear, or RTW categories
- Strong understanding of silhouette, fit, construction, and technical design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite, and Miro (3D tools a plus)
- Experience working in PLM systems (Centric a plus)

FIGS Compensation and Benefits
Pay Range
- At FIGS, your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. This role's hourly range is between $75,000 and $90,000. Actual salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.

FIGS is seeking an Assistant Designer to support the development of Scrubwear and Underscrubs across men’s and women’s categories. This role partners closely with the Senior Designer and Design Director to execute seasonal product from concept through development. You will contribute through strong organization, technical execution, and design support, building a foundation in performance-driven, functional apparel within a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
- Execute sketches, CADs, and visual materials under direction of the Senior Designer
- Support translation of seasonal concepts into product across Scrubwear and Underscrubs
- Assist in preparing presentation materials and design boards
- Assist in building and updating tech packs under direction
- Track and organize development components (lab dips, trims, strike-offs, mock-ups)
- Support execution of deliverables aligned to seasonal calendars
- Conduct trend, market, and competitive research
- Organize and present findings to support seasonal development
- Attend fittings, capture detailed notes, and track updates
- Maintain organized records of fit and design changes
- Support communication across teams by tracking updates and next steps
- Follow up on action items to keep projects moving
- Maintain organized design files, boards, and seasonal materials
- Track deadlines and support overall team workflow and efficiency
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in apparel design (internships included)
- Degree in Fashion Design or related field preferred
- Basic understanding of garment construction, fit, and materials
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Ability to create clean, accurate technical sketches and CADs

FIGS is hiring a Manager, Brand Social to manage and grow our organic social media presence! This person will be connected to Social Media culture and contribute to building our incredible community on organic social. This individual will report into our Director, Brand.
What you’ll do:
- Manage the FIGS social media lifecycle, through conception to execution
- Drive the FIGS social media calendar across channels, including Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter, and Youtube
- Ideate and pitch new content formats and styles in order to continually evolve the FIGS brand visually, while still staying true to our community and core values
- Work closely cross functionally with Creative, Growth, Ambassador, Legal and Production teams to ensure that marketing objectives are met
- Identify unique and relevant marketing opportunities, including trends to take advantage of, and be able to act upon those opportunities quickly
- Managing one to two direct reports on the FIGS Social Team
About you:
- 4+ years of experience in Marketing and Social Media, with at least 2-3 years experience managing social for a large brand account
- Strong understanding of social media, social media management tools, as well as a proficiency in the newest features and formats popular on Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter, Facebook, and Youtube
- A great sense of humor and wit and the ability to translate that into relatable content.
- Experience working in Asana (or similar project management software) to manage calendars and projects
- Strong copywriting skills and the ability to translate the FIGS voice into TikTok-popular formats

- At FIGS, your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. This role's base salary range is between $95,000 and $110,000. Actual base salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.

What you’ll do:
- Reports to the Manager of US Ecommerce Analytics to support all data analysis in order to drive both product performance and sell-through
- Support the US Ecommerce business by partnering cross-functionally to understand strategic site features from a product perspective
- Support the merchandising strategy through detailed data and selling analyses that provide clear direction for future product assortments
- Partner with planning to create scalable tools and datasets for analyzing category performance
- Perform analyses and deliver both insights and visualizations needed for weekly, monthly and quarterly business milestone and hindsight meetings
- Visualize and communicate effective selling analyses to an executive level audience.
- Help with seasonal merchandise plans and roadmaps by monitoring sales, market trends, and competitive research
- Make recommendations for in-season strategy changes as needed and communicate to cross functional team on a timely basis
Essential Criteria:
- 3-5 years’ experience in an analytics role (ideally focused on retail apparel product)
- Bachelor’s degree (ideally in a quantitative discipline)
- Proficient in SQL (Snowflake, Databricks, Big Query, etc.)
- 2+ years experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Omni, Tableau, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Creative mindset for manipulating/analyzing data, with a knack for showing visually through charts/graphs/etc.
- Strong communication both verbally and written
- Able to manage multiple priorities across stakeholders
- Strong proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets (sumifs, index, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.)
- Desire to continually keep up with advancements in data and AI innovation and best practices

- Experience with R or Python

FIGS is seeking a strong Staff Accountant for our month-end financial close, financial reporting, external audits, and other accounting and finance projects. We are looking for someone who can thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, emerging growth environment to help take the Accounting function to the next level. The ideal candidate will be a successful, curious, and proactive Accountant who wants to continue building their accounting career collaborating with a like-minded team.
What You Will Do:
- Monitor GL activity throughout the month and identify anomalies and propose necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Support operations for the General Ledger and monthly close process.
- Prepare month end journal entries, reconcile general ledger and sub-ledger accounts, and assist with all accounting functions.
- Ensure accounting records are prepared and maintained in accordance with GAAP and excellent documentation is retained contributing to efficient audits..
- Track and prepare account movement analysis in support of monthly financial reviews, quarterly reporting and company audits.
- Work cross functionally with the Finance department to conduct month budget variance analysis for various P&L accounts to assess and report deviations from planned financial targets.
- Respond to ad-hoc information requests and assist with audits.
- Collaborate with management in process improvements, system enhancement initiatives and maintaining and reinforcing strong internal controls.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- In-depth knowledge of US GAAP
- 2+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Able to work with a high volume of transactions in a fast-paced environment
- Able to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information
- Strong teamwork and business partnering capabilities
- Forward looking thinker who can articulate the need for and implement process improvements
- Ability to leverage technology for efficient data gathering and analysis

As a Senior Technical Designer, you will collaborate with cross functional teams to execute premium medical apparel products from concept through pre-production stage. Technical Design is responsible for communication with the apparel vendor base, developing garment fit, construction, grading, and maintaining data integrity with the PLM system. Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain tech pack data integrity including bill of materials, specs, construction, sketches, etc in Centric PLM. to communicate requirements for Design aesthetic, fit, and construction to vendor partners.
- Prioritize and execute daily workload in alignment with GTM deliverables & development timelines.
- Lead fit sessions & presentations: measure, evaluate fit and construction execution, present style history, advise necessary fit and construction corrections for assigned styles.
- Analyze and communicate the outcome of review and fit sessions, artwork reviews, and construction reviews with internal cross functional and external vendor partners.
- Manage daily communication with vendor partners.
- Finalize buy ready tech packs for each season including sketches, artwork, BOMs, final patterns, and size charts.
- Support team in proto changes, challenges, and solutions at GTM meetings.
- Manage tracking of prototype samples, strike offs, and testing submits.
- Manage seasonal testing processes including wear testing and garment testing.

Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience as a Technical Designer at an apparel company
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Fashion Design or Technical Design
- Expert knowledge of fit, pattern making, grading, garment construction, sewing, and technical drawing
- Exceptional eye to identify fit issues and recommend fit solutions for men’s and women’s product while mindful of bulk production constraints and costing
- Must have cut and sew woven and knit experience
- Able to effectively communicate with international vendors and cross functional teams on a regular basis (written & verbal)
- Proficiency in MS office, Excel, Adobe Illustrator and PLM (Centric is a plus)
- Experience in 2D or 3D Digital Pattern-making software (Gerber is a plus)

FIGS is looking for an experienced, skilled and resourceful video editor to join our team. We’re seeking an individual with an excellent sense for short-form storytelling. As a Senior Technical Product Developer, you will collaborate with cross functional teams to execute premium medical accessories and apparel products from concept through pre-production stage. The Technical Product Developer is responsible for communication with the vendor base, developing fit, construction, sizing, and maintaining data integrity with the PLM system. Our ideal candidate has a strong skill set in technical design and product development, They are creative, passionate about our product, highly organized, and detail oriented. Building strong relationships with cross functional and vendor teams is an integral part of this role. You will report directly to our Senior Manager of Technical Design and will collaborate with our Design, Merchandising, Sourcing, Product Integrity, and Raw Materials teams to deliver commercially ready products for our health care community.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute premium medical apparel and accessories products from concept through pre-production stage. Product categories include softgoods, apparel, and hardgoods.
- Build and maintain tech pack data integrity including bill of materials, specs, construction, sketches, etc in Centric PLM. to communicate requirements for Design aesthetic, fit, and construction to vendor partners.
- Prioritize and execute daily workload in alignment with GTM deliverables & development timelines.
- Lead sample review sessions & presentations: evaluate fit and construction execution, present style history, and advise necessary fit and construction corrections for assigned styles.
- Analyze and communicate the outcome of review/fit sessions, artwork reviews, and construction reviews with cross functional and vendor partners.
- Manage daily communication with vendor partners.
- Deliver consistent fit and quality across product categories according to brand standards.
- Execute Design’s vision while ensuring product execution is high quality, durable, and production friendly.
- Finalize buy ready tech packs for each style including sketches, artwork, BOMs, final patterns, and size charts.
- Support team in proto changes, challenges, and solutions at GTM meetings.
- Manage seasonal tracking of samples, strike offs, and testing submits.
- Conduct strike off and testing review sessions with cross functional teams.
- Partner with Product Integrity to creatively solve and prevent quality concerns.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in the fashion industry with a deep knowledge of accessories development process from Concept through Production.
- Strong knowledge of accessories sourcing across both soft and hardgoods
- Able to effectively communicate with international vendors and cross functional teams (written & verbal)
- Proficiency in MS office (Excel/Word), Google Suite, and Adobe Design Suite.
- Proficiency in Centric PLM or similar software.
- Background in Domestic and International and production
- Knowledge of accessories construction methods in multiple substrates across multiple product categories
- Familiarity or proficiency with Gerber Pattern Making and/or 3D software (CLO, Browzwear) is an asset.

Pay Range

FIGS is looking for a TEAMS Relationship Manager to sell, onboard, and grow our TEAMS’ customer base. This individual will be the main point of contact to potential and existing customers throughout the sales lifecycle. Our Threads for Threads initiative is integral to our mission to improve the lives of healthcare professionals on a global scale. Founded alongside FIGS in 2013, Threads for Threads donates scrubs to healthcare professionals working in resource-poor countries around the world.
