F&G is growing very quickly in the Bank and Independent Broker-Dealer channel. The Regional Vice President is responsible for growing market share for F&G’s fixed, indexed, and registered index-linked annuity products in the [Region].

This position will work closely with and report directly to the Divisional VP , Financial Institutions Channel, partner with a Senior Internal Wholesaler (SIW) and liaise with National Accounts Team to grow annuity market share for F&G in the assigned territory.

Job Summary

The Director, Life & Annuity Claims provides operational leadership and oversight of F&G's Claims department. Reporting to the AVP, In-Force Services, this role is responsible for delivering service excellence to claimants, agents, and other stakeholders by driving claims processes that meet defined performance metrics and regulatory requirements.

The Director owns the day-to-day operational effectiveness of the Claims function, with accountability for team performance, quality, governance, and compliance. This includes providing technical leadership on complex and high-risk claims, including contestable and accelerated benefit claims, and ensuring unresponsive claims are handled in accordance with unclaimed property and escheatment guidelines. Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage expansion, enhancement and ongoing maintenance of asset models focused on credit risk and capital implications, including validation and approval of inputs and assumptions, analysis and reporting of credit risk analytics and results, and driving decision making from the model results
• Manage, enhance, and validate investments governance and documentation, including investment guidelines, and investment policies and limits, to reflect changing macro variables, changing company structure, reinsurance arrangements, regulatory updates and industry changes/reforms
• Manage and automate investment monitoring and reporting tools and systems, including investment limits based on liquidity, credit risk, capital at risk, and regulatory compliance reporting
