Fastly is expanding, and we are looking to hire a new Security Technical Account Manager to support some of our largest customers across the Asia Pacific region. In this role, your mission will be to foster strong, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring they can confidently navigate the security landscape. You will serve as their advocate within Fastly, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in our products and services based on real-world feedback
What You'll Do:
Own the Technical Relationship: Act as a trusted technical advisor, ensuring clients feel supported and valued at every turn.
Drive Security Success: Partner with clients to understand their security landscape and ensure Fastly’s solutions align perfectly with their strategy, providing actionable advice to enhance their security posture.
Strategic Project Management: Manage the successful delivery of Fastly's security projects, coordinating internal teams and managing timelines to meet milestones with high quality.
Educate and Train: Empower customers by providing comprehensive training and resources on Fastly’s security products.
What We're Looking For:
Cybersecurity Expertise: Solid background in cybersecurity, specifically Web Application Security, knowledge of the CVE program, DDoS mitigation, and incident management.
Foundational Technology Experience: Experience with SaaS/Cloud or hybrid cloud deployments, web server platforms (Apache/NGINX/IIS), and Unix/Linux or Windows systems administration.
Scripting Ability: Proficiency in Python, Java, Go, PHP, Unix/Linux Shell, C#, or other common web languages.
Security Best Practices: Deep understanding of HTTP and API security best practices.
Customer-Centric Communication: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders and build trust-based relationships.
We’ll be super impressed if you have experience in any of these:
Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP
Hands-on experience with Varnish Configuration Language (VCL) or Edge Computing platforms
Previous experience in a customer-facing technical role for a CDN or Cloud Security provider
Fluency in a second language common in the EMEA region, such as French or German
In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks like GDPR, PCI-DSS, or SOC2
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform
Background in professional services or technical consulting for enterprise-level clients
Active participation in the cybersecurity community, such as contributing to open-source projects or speaking at industry conferences

Fastly is looking for a driven, curious SDR to help us grow our footprint across the Nordics and wider EMEA. Your work will directly contribute to Fastly’s top-line revenue growth by uncovering, sourcing, and developing qualified opportunities from key target accounts.
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be responsible for building relationships with prospects, identifying business challenges Fastly can solve, and partnering closely with Account Executives to convert outbound activity into pipeline. You’ll bring energy, creativity, and a genuine appetite for the hunt - and you’ll be supported by an experienced EMEA team that invests heavily in enablement and your career development.

Research and identify potential clients and key decision-makers across Nordic and EMEA target accounts to build high-quality prospect lists.
Run multi-channel outbound prospecting - cold calling, email, and LinkedIn with the flexibility to engage prospects in additional European languages where you have them.
Use our prospecting and intelligence stack (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, Outreach, Cognism, and 6sense) to work accounts efficiently and at scale.
Act as a strategic partner to Account Executives, Account Managers, Sales Engineers, and Marketing on territory planning and account strategy.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads against Fastly’s ideal customer profile and hand off well-qualified opportunities to the AE team.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline targets.
Previous experience as an SDR/BDR or in a sales / lead-generation role, ideally within B2B SaaS or technology.
Ideally, you’ll be an experienced SDR/BDR with a track record of prospecting multi-lingual leads across EMEA and comfortable engaging Nordic or wider European accounts
Fluent business English is required. Additional European languages (Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, German, French OR Dutch) would be a plus.
Comfortable in a metrics-driven culture and motivated by clear targets.
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and tailor messaging to different buyer personas.

The Marketing Technology Specialist will be responsible for building and executing on marketing automation efforts for Fastly marketing initiatives. You’ll partner closely with regional and global marketers to develop and refine project requirements, using a variety of marketing tools to launch email marketing efforts, landing pages, and automation logic that directly impacts our sales teams. Fastly’s Datacenter Infrastructure Team is looking for a Data Center Engineer that is highly proficient in the deployment and maintenance of datacenter equipment, including servers, switches, routers, power distribution units, as well as all related cabling and connectivity. Ideal candidates should have experience with high-density datacenter configurations, project management, prioritizing work and excellent troubleshooting skills. Working on Fastly’s Infrastructure Team requires the ability to work autonomously through routine tasks while also working cross-functionally with Fastly teams for larger initiatives.
What You'll Do:
Oversee the installation (rack, stack and cabling), configuration and deployment of data center equipment deployed to Fastly data centers worldwide
Assist in training new hires and mentoring existing team in both current and new skill development
Order and handle cross connect circuit installs/de-Installs, configure BGP and update internal circuit records
Organize and prioritize daily workload using the JIRA issue tracker.
Write and publish SOW / SOP for internal Fastly documentation to be used internally for DCI and externally for other Fastly teams
Enable team productivity by ensuring that hardware is onsite; work closely with Procurement team to resolve logistic issues that could impact timelines
Provide guidance and instructions to remote hands personnel and third-party vendors to carry out tasks such as POP deployments, hardware replacements, cable installations, and troubleshooting under your supervision
Partner with your Datacenter Engineers with a player / coach approach; support complex problems as a middle point of escalation for the team.
Actively participate in Fastly’s on-call pager rotation
What We're Looking For:
10+ years of direct involvement in supporting data center operations at an Internet Service Provider (ISP), hosting provider, or other datacenter-oriented position or equivalent
Experience of DWDM architecture
Expert-level knowledge of power and network cabling standards including but not limited to NEMA, IEC, and/or ANSI/TIA - crimping copper patch cords and troubleshooting fiber optic cabling is a required skill set at Fastly
Highly experienced with working with vendors to oversee PoP installations and hardware repairs
Proficient in Linux
Proficiency with hardware from Hyve, HPE, Dell, Arista, Ciena, and/or Cisco
Proven experience as a Data Center Engineer with a focus on rotations and 24/7 operations
Expert experience working in a Linux environment
Able to read and write English installation documentation (documents/drawings/spreadsheets)
Knowledge of safe working practices (e.g., familiar with proper tool safety, eye protection, ladder safety, etc.) and able to document practices
Able to lift heavy equipment
Able to work days/nights/weekends/holidays, if needed and/or required
Able to travel up to 10% of the time

Staff Software Engineer, Compute Platform
This team builds the platform for Fastly’s Compute – an advanced serverless platform built on open standards which runs on our global edge network. It’s designed to address the requirements of modern application development by empowering customers to run code in a highly secure execution environment with microsecond cold start times, at scale, on the edge.
We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join this multifaceted team and help scale our hosting infrastructure. In addition to nuts-and-bolts networking and systems-level work, this role will involve cross-team collaboration, and designing high quality APIs for our customers to use services developed by other teams. There is also opportunity to contribute to open source projects (like Wasmtime) that are key parts of the Compute story.
