The Role
As an AVP, Wealth Advisor on the Focus Team, you will be a producing advisor building your own book of business from the ground up, with a clear path to owning the practice you build.
The Focus Team exists to be the premier pathway to building your own thriving financial advisory practice. The Ideal Match
- 2+ years of proven success in financial services sales, with specific experience advising stock market investors
- Current Investment Adviser Representative designation, Series 65
- Demonstrated history of exceeding client acquisition targets

- Comprehensive understanding of investment vehicles, strategies, and market dynamics
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly

The Role
Farther's Marketing team powers how over 300+ financial advisors connect with their clients — and HubSpot is the engine behind it all. We're looking for a Senior HubSpot Marketing Administrator to own the technical backbone of our advisor marketing programs: building sophisticated workflows, keeping our data clean, and making sure advisors can actually use what we build.
This is a hands-on execution role with real ownership. You'll work closely with advisor marketing associates to translate their needs into scalable HubSpot programs, while also driving data governance and platform strategy. If you love being the person who actually knows how the machine works — and makes it run better — this is your seat.
Your Impact
- Build, launch, and maintain email campaigns, nurture programs, workflows, and sequences that 200+ financial advisors can activate out of the box
- Own contact lifecycle stages, lead status, and deal properties that power advisor marketing funnels and attribution reporting
- Drive data hygiene across marketing-critical properties and lists — deduplication, lifecycle stage audits, field cleanup
- Manage HubSpot Content Hub: organize reusable templates, modules, and content assets so advisor marketing associates can deploy quickly
- Use Breeze and related tooling to streamline content creation, approvals, and publishing wired into campaign reporting
- Document processes, playbooks, and how-we-do-it-in-HubSpot guides for internal use
- Partner with the existing HubSpot admin to divide execution work, review builds, and ensure consistency across all assets

The Role
Farther runs HubSpot as its central CRM and advisor enablement platform — and it's got to work for 300+ financial advisors every single day. We're looking for a Senior HubSpot Administrator to own the platform from the inside out: governance, access, data integrity, automation, and cross-functional enablement.
This role sits at the intersection of people technology, advisor operations, and marketing — and requires someone who can manage the system centrally while supporting a distributed set of stakeholders across teams. You'll work closely with Marketing, Advisor Experience, and People Technology to make sure HubSpot is set up right, stays that way, and actually drives outcomes.
Your Impact
- Administer HubSpot at the platform level — user provisioning, permissions, seat management, integrations, and system health
- Own data governance: lifecycle stages, lead status, contact properties, naming conventions, and folder structures across all teams
- Build and maintain automations, workflows, and sequences that support advisor onboarding, engagement, and operations
- Manage HubSpot integrations (including Rippling) to ensure clean data sync across people systems and advisor records
- Serve as the escalation point for HubSpot issues across Marketing, Advisor Experience, and Operations — triage, resolve, and document

The Role
Farther's asset management team (FAM) manages a growing suite of systematic investment strategies — and we're expanding into options-based overlays. We're looking for a quantitatively-minded Investment Associate who can help design, research, and build out this capability from the ground up.
This isn't a seat where you'll be handed a mandate and left to trade. You'll work closely with experienced PMs across equity and fixed income to apply derivatives-based overlays across those strategies — covered calls, collars, protective puts — and use Python to research and systematize everything you build. Over time, you'll be a key voice in translating that work into a scalable platform alongside our product and engineering teams.
Your Impact
- Research, prototype, and back test options overlay strategies in Python — covered calls, cash-secured puts, collars, and protective overlays — with realistic assumptions for transaction costs, liquidity, and taxes across SMA accounts
- Support PMs across equity and fixed income verticals by designing and applying derivatives-based overlays suited to each asset class
- Monitor portfolio-level Greeks, exposures, and risk/return outcomes across many smaller accounts within rules-based risk parameters
- Build and maintain research code, data pipelines, and analytics supporting systematic strategy design — signal construction, parameter sweeps, scenario and regime analysis
- Translate research into clear, rules-based strategy specifications and playbooks that can be implemented consistently at scale
- Evaluate new overlay ideas (income generation, hedging, outcome-oriented strategies) and communicate trade-offs clearly to internal stakeholders
- Partner with product managers and engineers to convert manual workflows and research into scalable platform capabilities — strategy engines, trade generation, risk dashboards, monitoring tools
- Support daily P&L, risk, and performance monitoring — including exception handling for unusual portfolio events
The Ideal Match
- 10+ years of experience in quantitative research, investment analytics, systematic strategies, or a closely related role at a buy-side firm, asset manager, fintech, or financial services company
- Solid Python skills for research and analytics — data pulls, optimization, back testing, risk metrics, and clean, maintainable codebases
- Strong mathematical foundation: operations research, statistics, or quantitative finance background
- Experience working with SMAs or systematic investment strategies at scale — understanding of multi-account implementation, portfolio construction, and associated operational complexity
- Comfortable collaborating with technical product and engineering teams and thinking in terms of systems and workflows
- Curious, self-directed, and comfortable operating in lean environments — you figure things out and don't wait to be told what to do
- Clear communicator who can explain quantitative concepts to non-technical stakeholders (advisors, product, operations, leadership)

The Ideal Match
- Existing book of business with established client relationships
- Series 65 or 66 license (required)
- Track record of client retention and organic growth

We're looking for an experienced Wealth Advisor to deliver exceptional, high-touch service to our ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients. You'll leverage Farther's elite tech stack to provide concierge-level advisory for our most complex client relationships.
This role is ideal for a seasoned advisor who excels at navigating complex wealth situations and wants to focus on delivering sophisticated planning strategies rather than business development. You'll partner closely with leadership and centralized teams to ensure seamless, white-glove service.
Your Impact
- Serve as the primary advisor for UHNW clients, conducting regular meetings to assess evolving financial needs, goals, and risk tolerance
- Advise on sophisticated estate planning, tax optimization strategies, philanthropic giving, and intergenerational wealth transfer
- Collaborate with the investment team on alternative investment opportunities including private equity, venture capital, and direct investments
- Coordinate concierge services including bill pay, private aviation, real estate management, and family governance support
- Regularly review client portfolios and recommend adjustments as circumstances and market conditions evolve
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to all regulatory and fiduciary standards
The Ideal Match
- 7+ years in wealth management with demonstrated experience serving HNW/UHNW clients in a multi-family office, private bank, or elite RIA environment
- Deep expertise in complex wealth strategies including tax law, trust structures, estate planning, and alternative investments
- Exceptional ability to communicate sophisticated financial concepts to clients and family members of varying financial literacy
- Series 65 or equivalent registration with clean U4
- Tech-savvy mindset with comfort adopting modern wealth management platforms

- Experience managing client relationships with $50M+ in AUM per household
- Background working with tech founders, executives, or entrepreneurial wealth
