Senior Associate, Fund Finance
The Fund Finance group is responsible for the fund performance analysis and all aspects of accounting and reporting related to the Faropoint Real Estate funds, with a focus on supporting operational and business planning in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Review and prepare quarterly and annual financial statement packages including investor capital reporting
- Conduct variance analysis of financial results against budgets, forecasts, and actuals, identifying key drivers and effectively communicating insights to stakeholders
- Financial analysis and delivery of KPI’s on an ongoing basis to all stakeholders (senior management, investors, lenders, regulators, etc.)
- Coordinate all aspects of Fund administration related to managing Funds with external administrators and advisors
- Manage the Fund Sources & Uses, spanning multiple Funds in both the investment period and value creation stages of a Fund’s lifecycle
- Monitor the Fund LPA and loan limitations compliance and covenant monitoring and reporting
- Partner with various departments to lead monthly & quarterly close and process improvements
- Coordinate and oversee tax and regulatory filings, ensuring timely and accurate preparation and filing of all required tax returns for the Fund
- Implement and utilize technology and outsourced solutions to enhance efficiencies and controls
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and timeliness in all financial reporting and presentations
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in public accounting or private equity fund finance/accounting required, demonstrating a solid foundation in financial analysis and accounting principles – real estate/private equity experience is preferred
- Demonstrated background in FP&A, corporate finance and/or real estate private equity-related roles is a plus
- Enthusiasm for problem-solving and the ability to think critically and independently, even in situations with limited direction and ambiguity
- Self-starter, who independently drives projects to completion by self-sourcing information and leveraging all available resources
- Proactively driven and self-motivated, showcasing a track record of taking initiative, leading process improvements, and adeptly solving complex problems
- Distinguished intellectual curiosity with strong desire to continuously learn, improve, and automate existing processes and tackle problems
- Proven ability to prioritize and lead multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment with efficiency and accuracy
- Knowledge of financial KPIs, including an understanding of financial statements and private equity fund structures
- Exceptionally high level of Excel skills
- High level of data visualization via PowerPoint is required
Compensation
- This position offers a base salary in the $100,000-$140,000 range, plus discretionary bonus, competitive healthcare benefits, unlimited PTO, and a 401k match.

About the Role
- As a Corporate Travel Expense Cost Allocation Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing all credit card transactions and invoices to ensure intercompany expenses are being billed back correctly. The analyst will calculate the quarterly GP Reimbursement billback invoices per fund. In this role, you will be communicating with employees across departments throughout the entire company including Executives.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding policy, report submission, and credit card administration
- Perform expense report audits to ensure compliance to corporate policy
- Participate in credit card administration including applications, limit increases, and delinquencies
- Participate in and drive continuous improvement projects/initiatives. Use analytics to determine behavioral trends, potential misuse, and compliance to policy
Uphold corporate policies for travel and expense as well as corporate credit cards - Review credit card transactions and employee reimbursement requests in Corporate Travel Management software and confirm entity allocation, GL coding, compliance with internal policies.
- Perform the monthly reconciliation between Corporate Travel Management software (Navan) and existing accounting software.
- Spearhead the migration from our existing system Navan to a different travel and expense management software (expected to be fully implemented by end of 2026).
- Review vendor invoice allocations.
- Oversee the quarterly preparation of the GP Reimbursement file where you determine how much is being billed to each fund.
- Assist with ad hoc GP accounting projects as needed.
About You
- 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field
- Adept at Excel formulas including, but not limited to, V-lookups, Pivot tables and sum-ifs
- Experience with Navan and or Yardi software is a plus.
- Experience with Concur software is required.
- Detail oriented, analytical, strong organizational skills, proven ability to meet deadlines, works well under pressure and possesses the ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize effectively.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Compensation:
- This position offers a base salary in the $75,000-$90,000 range, plus discretionary bonus, competitive healthcare benefits, unlimited PTO, and a 401k match.

The Senior Vice President, Head of Fund Accounting is a senior leadership role responsible for the full financial reporting & analysis lifecycle across Faropoint's funds platform. Reporting directly to the CFO, this executive will own fund-level financial statements, LP reporting, tax compliance and reporting, lenders covenant reporting, funds’ sources & uses planning, and the oversight of third-party fund administrators and external auditors.
This is an opportunity for a seasoned fund accounting leader to build and scale a best-in-class accounting function in a high-growth, entrepreneurial real estate investment environment. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise across IFRS and US GAAP, a strong understanding of private real estate fund structures and economic mechanisms, and the operational mindset to lead a team of approximately ten professionals and various internal / external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Fund Financial Reporting
- Own the preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial statements for all active fund vehicles under both IFRS and US GAAP frameworks.
- Oversee preparation of the firms’ performance tables and various ad-hoc investors reporting templates and requirement.
- Lead internal quarterly funds’ performance review and analysis to drive actionable insights for various stakeholders – finance team, asset management, acquisitions, etc.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of fund-level reporting, including NAV calculations, capital account statements, and waterfall computations.
- Oversee LP financial reporting packages, including schedules, and supplemental performance data, in close coordination with the Investor Relations and Legal teams.
- Manage period-end closing processes across funds, ensuring internal deadlines are met with precision.
Fund Administrator Oversight
- Serve as the primary point of oversight for third-party fund administrators, reviewing their work product, managing SLAs, and holding them accountable to quality standards.
- Establish and maintain internal controls to review and validate administrator outputs prior to distribution or filing.
- Lead the evaluation and onboarding of fund administration relationships as new vehicles are launched.
Audit & Compliance
- Manage the full annual audit cycle across all fund entities, serving as the primary liaison with external auditors.
- Ensure audit readiness throughout the year by maintaining organized, defensible workpapers and documentation standards.
- Oversee compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements across fund jurisdictions.
Tax Compliance & REIT Administration
- Direct tax compliance activities across hundreds of fund and property-level entities, including partnership returns, state filings, and REIT qualification testing.
- Execute REIT compliance programs, including income and asset tests, distribution requirements, and prohibited transaction monitoring.
- Coordinate with external tax advisors (Big 4 and specialist counsel) on complex multi-jurisdictional matters, including U.S. tax treatment for non-U.S. investors (QFPF, Non-QFPF, European, and other investor types).
- Ensure timely preparation and filing of all tax returns across the fund entity structure.
Lender & Debt Portfolio Reporting
- Oversee complex financial covenant compliance reporting across the firm's debt portfolio, spanning multiple institutional credit facilities, permanent loans, development loans, back leverage, etc. including ongoing lender relationships.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of lender reporting packages, borrowing base calculations, and compliance certificates.
- Partner with the Debt Capital Markets team on loan closings, documentation review, and post-closing reporting obligations.
Investment & Asset Management Collaboration
- Work closely with the investment team to analyze fund and asset-level financial results, including variance analysis, NOI attribution, and return modeling.
- Provide accounting input on deal structuring, acquisition due diligence, and asset disposition modeling.
- Support underwriting assumptions with historical actuals and portfolio-level trend data.
Investor Relations Partnership
- Partner with the IR team on LP reporting deliverables, capital call and distribution notices, and ad hoc investor data requests.
- Prepare and review PCAP statements, K-1 packages, and other investor-facing financial communications.
- Support responses to LP due diligence questionnaires and audit requests as they relate to fund financials.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of approximately ten Controllers and Assistant Controllers.
- Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular reviews, and create structured development pathways for team members.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and intellectual rigor within the accounting function.
- Drive process automation and operational efficiency initiatives, including integration of accounting systems and workflow tools.
Qualifications
Required
- 10-15 years of progressive fund accounting experience, with significant exposure to private equity real estate fund structures.
- Experience with multi-jurisdictional tax compliance and investor tax structuring (domestic and international investors).
- Deep technical proficiency in US GAAP, with hands-on experience preparing or reviewing fund-level financial statements.
- Demonstrated experience managing tax compliance and filing programs across large, multi-entity structures.
- Proven track record overseeing external audits and fund administrators in a management capacity.
- Strong understanding of debt structures, loan covenants, and lender reporting obligations within a real estate context.
- Experience managing and developing a team of 8+ accounting professionals.
Preferred
- Prior experience at a Big 4 firm, followed by a senior role at a real estate private equity manager.
- Familiarity with Yardi, MRI, or similar real estate accounting platforms.
- Experience with industrial or logistics real estate asset classes.
- MBA or advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

About the Role
- As a Senior Corporate Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records across a portfolio of Faropoint’s corporate entities. You will own the full month-end close cycle – including invoice processing, bank reconciliations, accruals, prepaids, and intercompany transactions – while ensuring balance sheet accounts and the P&L are properly reconciled and classified. In addition to day-to-day operations, you will serve as the primary accounting point of contact for other departments, support annual audits and 1099 preparations, and contribute to ad hoc projects across the corporate accounting team.
Responsibilities
- Complete month-end close functions, including but not limited to:
- Upload and process invoices in our Payable Systems PayEm/ Yardi P2P.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Post monthly accrued and prepaid expenses.
- Post and reconcile intercompany transactions.
- Review and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
- Perform AP/AR Tie outs
- Review the P&L for any GL reclasses, accruals, and prepaids.
- Review the P&L for entries with missing department, class, or location.
- Post quarterly intercompany entries and issue fund invoices.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned entities and serve as the primary point of contact for corporate accounting inquiries from other departments.
- Assist with annual audits and 1099 preparations.
- Assist with ad hoc accounting projects as needed.
About You
- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience; corporate entity bookkeeping experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with NetSuite or Yardi software is required.

Job Summary
The Faropoint Investments Team is expanding, and we are looking for an ambitious and motivated Asset Manager to join our Hoboken, NJ Headquarters. The ideal candidate would have 5-8 years of Asset Management experience, looking to expand their knowledge and experience to Real Estate Private Equity.
Responsibilities
- Manage industrial assets end-to-end from a property/asset management perspective. This may include: tenant support, written reports, updating tech platforms, record keeping, and tenant relations.
- Lead the leasing process, including market analysis, comparative analysis, and negotiations.
- Lead workflows conducting transaction analysis and due diligence for new acquisitions and onboarding new properties.
- Review and approve all aspects of industrial real estate appraisals and operational budgets, including rental rates, discounted cash flows, and capital work.
- Maintain properties by scheduling ongoing routine maintenance. Coordinate maintenance technicians and construction management schedules. Prepare and coordinate bid proposals, service contracts, and invoices. Assist in scheduling tenants’ maintenance requests.
- Develop analytical tools to allow leadership to better understand the state of the portfolio and streamline work processes. Assist in lease administration such as maintaining tenant contacts, tracking insurance, collections, and tracking property inspections.

About the Role
Faropoint is in search of a talented People Operations Associate to report directly to our Chief People Officer in a hybrid role encompassing traditional people operations functions and strategic initiatives / process improvement.
People Operations Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace procedures.
- Own all administrative aspects of the employee lifecycle, from candidate experience to onboarding, all the way through to offboarding.

Position Overview: The Acquisitions Senior Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the acquisition process by performing underwriting, evaluating potential real estate acquisition opportunities, conducting due diligence, market research, and financial analysis. This position will also assist in deal sourcing, networking, creating investment memos and pitch materials for senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Underwriting: Perform detailed underwriting of potential acquisition opportunities, including financial modeling and risk assessment.

- Market Research: Perform comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes within the industrial real estate sector.
- Financial Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models to support acquisition decisions, including cash flow projections, return on investment (ROI) analysis, and sensitivity analysis.
- Investment Memos: Assist in the preparation of detailed investment memos and pitch materials for presentation to senior leadership and investment committees.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of acquisition strategies.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations on acquisition activities, market conditions, and financial performance for senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, brokerage, financial analysis, or a related role. Experience in industrial real estate preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Argus and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of the industrial real estate market is a plus.
- NY, NJ or PA Real Estate License preferred.

About the Role
As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining AP and AR functions utilizing our AR Manager and Full service payscan via Yardi. In addition, you will be assisting the Senior Accountants in preparing journal entries. This role manages the entire portfolio with two staff members and requires four days in the office weekly.
Responsibilities:
- Working with Asset Managers, and other business owners to accurately code Invoices
- Enter ACH activity in Yardi
- Assist with ad hoc accounting projects as needed.
- Process cash receipts and through Yardi AR Manager
- Assist management with special projects and other tasks as assigned.
- Resolving discrepancies, reconciling outstanding balances
- Monitor BillPay notifications, and void and reissue payments if needed
About You
- 1-5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field
- Adept at Excel formulas including, but not limited to, V-lookups, Pivot tables and sum-ifs
- Experience with Yardi software required
- Detail oriented, analytical, strong organizational skills, proven ability to meet deadlines, works well under pressure and possess the ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize effectively
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Compensation:
- This position offers a base salary in the $55,000-$75,000 range, plus discretionary bonus, competitive healthcare benefits, unlimited PTO, and a 401k match.
