FanDuel is looking for a Paid Social Media Associate to help support the in-house social team through campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting focusing on FanDuel Predicts and Flywheel Products.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in paid social or broader digital media, ideally within in-house media functions in high-paced, dynamic environments for industry leading brands. We’re looking for a team player who is comfortable working with data and analytics and is interested in building their career in media buying.

THE GAME PLAN

- Support the planning, build, launch, and optimization of paid social campaigns across key platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, X).
- Assist with campaign trafficking and QA, ensuring accuracy across ad specs, targeting, tracking, and creative setup.
- Support ongoing creative, audience, and tactical testing across the funnel, helping implement test plans and document results.
- Monitor campaign pacing and performance against core KPIs (e.g., CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate).
- Assist in analyzing performance data and identifying insights to inform optimizations and future testing.
- Contribute to weekly, monthly, and competitive reporting, helping summarize performance, key learnings, and next steps.
- Help ensure accurate tagging, attribution, and data collection across platforms and measurement tools (e.g., AppsFlyer).
- Collaborate with platform representatives to stay informed on best practices, new formats, and innovation opportunities.

What we're looking for in our next teammate
- 1-2+ years of hands-on paid media experience with a focus on paid social.
- Practical experience working within major social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, X).
- Familiarity with optimizing campaigns toward performance goals such as CPA and ROAS is a plus.
- Exposure to mobile attribution and measurement tools (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, Kochava, or similar) is a plus.
- Experience leveraging SaaS to build campaigns at scale (e.g., Smartly, Skai, Marin, or similar) is a plus.
- Solid understanding of paid social fundamentals, including targeting, bidding, creative testing, placements, tagging, and reporting.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
- Highly detail-oriented, coachable, proactive, and collaborative, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

We’re looking for a Customer Marketing Senior Associate, Promotional Strategy to play a critical role in shaping and scaling FanDuel Predicts’ promotional ecosystem. This role will lead the execution and continuous evolution of our All Customer Promotions strategy, while also contributing to broader promotional and loyalty strategy development.
You will work cross-functionally across Operations, GTM, Commercial, Product, Legal and external partners to ensure promotions are not only executed seamlessly, but designed and optimized to drive meaningful customer engagement and retention. This is an opportunity to operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, owning a critical revenue-driving lever while helping define how promotions evolve as part of a broader loyalty system.

- Support the development of the Predicts promotional strategy, including frameworks, mechanics, and seasonal or event-based approaches
- Ensure all promotions are operationally ready and seamlessly executed across teams
- Liaise with core delivery stakeholders (Ops, Creative, Legal, Commercial) including defining promotional objectives and needs, providing feedback, and tracking delivery
- Lead the forecasting process for all Predicts promotions, as well as monitoring promo performance and cost reporting to measure success

- Facilitate the post-mortem promotion analysis for major Predicts moments, offering insights and optimizations for future promotional efforts

The role of the Sportsbook Brand manager will play a pivotal role in helping to execute our brand across all available touch points. Responsible for delivering creative briefs across integrated campaigns to bring to life messages that will be compelling to our target audience. This role will work alongside all marketing teams to ensure high quality execution upholding our brand proposition. · Serve as the captain of our Sportsbook marketing execution, coordinating deliverables cross-functionally so everyone knows their role and when actions are deliverable by.

The applicable salary range for this position is $171,000 - $214,000 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. The Media and Partnership team at FanDuel is looking for a Media Manger to help design, track, negotiate and oversee the media planning for the FanDuel Predicts product. The goal of this role is to assist in driving acquisition and ultimately significant revenue growth through the management of the media planning discipline. Media channels under the purview of the role include TV, OTT/Streaming, Audio both terrestrial Radio and Digital Audio, Direct Mail, and OOH/dOOH. The ideal candidate will know how to develop and navigate key relationships with both agency partners and key vendors to guide the media planning process.

Reporting to the SVP of Media & Partnerships, this leader will shape the strategy and framework for evaluating the performance and commercial impact of FanDuel’s media investments across channels including paid media, sports leagues, teams, talent partnerships, and media distribution platforms.
