We are seeking a highly strategic and outcome-oriented Senior Growth Partnerships Manager to scale our affiliates and partnerships-driven retailer acquisition strategy. This role will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of our affiliate channel, which includes managing our agency and external vendor relationships, exploring and testing new growth opportunities across the broader partnerships ecosystem, and rigorously tracking performance to ensure it is a consistent, ROI-positive contributor of retailer acquisitions (RAs) at scale

With 5-8 years of experience in growth marketing or partnerships strategy, the ideal candidate is equally comfortable on the partner relationship side and the quantitative side of growth. We are looking for someone who brings a metrics-driven lens to everything they own, thrives in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment, and has a track record of scaling acquisition-driven programs from 0 to 1, and beyond. This is a high-impact role that requires a well-rounded leader, and the ideal candidate is a results-focused, structured thinker who can drive complex projects to completion with minimal direction.

What you’ll do 

• Affiliate Program Management: Directly drive Faire’s GMV and revenue growth by owning and optimizing our affiliate program end-to-end to maximize retailer acquisition growth while maintaining efficient acquisition costs.
• Agency & Partner Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for our affiliate agency. Oversee program execution, set clear deliverables, and hold the agency accountable to performance targets to ensure continued strong results. Evaluate and make recommendations on the right operating model — agency-led or in-house — as the program scales.

New Channel Development: Build the ROI case to test new acquisition channels within the broader partnerships ecosystem — including blog, influencer, and referral programs. Establish and refine KPIs, analyze performance data, and continuously iterate to maximize scale and efficiency.

• Partnership Strategy and Prioritization: Analyze the third-party partner ecosystem and invest in innovative BD partnership models to drive retailer acquisition, including direct partnerships, sponsorships and trade show collaborations. Test deal structures and own the product/design integration and messaging framework for new partnerships.
• Performance Measurement: Analyze and own accountability for campaign and channel performance; partner with Marketing Analytics and MarTech to hit KPI targets, maintain strong reporting, ensure reliable attribution, and uphold data quality standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Growth Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Business Development and Product teams to integrate partnerships into our broader acquisition strategy.

SEO/AEO Support: Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support SEO and AEO initiatives where partnerships can contribute to organic discovery and retailer acquisition goals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Growth Marketing or Partnerships, with a focus on acquisition-driven partnerships in B2B or B2C (e.g., affiliates, influencers, referrals, sponsorships).
• Deep understanding of affiliate marketing strategies, including experience with networks, publishers, influencers, and performance-based partnerships; experience managing affiliate networks (e.g., Impact, PartnerStack, CJ, Rakuten, Awin, ShareASale) and developing direct partnerships.
• Proven experience managing external agencies or vendors, including setting deliverables and holding partners accountable to performance targets
• Proven ability to scale affiliate programs within ROI guardrails, optimize partner performance, and manage both long-tail and strategic partnerships with the tenacity to overcome obstacles to growth.
• Hands-on experience in testing and launching new growth channels, including referral programs, influencer partnerships, and non-traditional acquisition channels.
• Ability to identify and cultivate high-value third-party partnerships, balancing short-term testing with long-term scalability and opportunity sizing.
• Some experience structuring or negotiating partnership or business development deals
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills; Can effectively communicate through data using clear and concise summary; familiar with SQL or willingness to learn a plus. 
• Strong project management and execution skills, able to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range

New York: the pay range for this role is $148,000 to $203,500 per year.

About this role

We are looking for a highly analytical and resourceful Growth Marketing Manager to drive the execution of our paid social and retargeting programs. This is an experimentation-heavy role focused on advancing a broad range of growth initiatives, from scaling Faire’s paid retargeting program to launching brand acquisition tests. Additionally, the role will support day-to-day paid social campaign management to ensure we hit KPI goals through the optimization of key performance levers. The ideal candidate is a scrappy, metrics-driven self-starter who is well-versed in the Meta platform and other paid social platforms, is comfortable managing campaigns with some guidance, and is eager to continuously explore new ways to incorporate AI into their workflows for increased efficiency. The ideal candidate is plugged into the social media landscape, staying current with creative trends and innovative campaigns from other companies to introduce fresh ideas. Has a track record of using AI tools to automate team workflows, accelerate creative testing, and launch new channel experiments with minimal engineering or analytics support.

What you’ll do 

• Execute and scale retargeting campaigns to drive repeat retailer purchases and improve retention, while maintaining strict efficiency goals.
• Assist in the day-to-day operations of our paid social program to analyze daily campaign performance and explore optimization opportunities (e.g. creatives, bidding, landing pages) in order to hit weekly KPI targets focused on maximizing user growth while maintaining efficient acquisition costs
• Lead the execution of new high-impact pilot growth projects that require quick implementation and are not yet a part of our evergreen programs.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation tools to streamline campaign processes, reporting and experimentation workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tackle a variety of challenges including troubleshooting tracking issues, coordinating with creative teams, and identifying resourceful, data-driven solutions to achieve KPI goals.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years direct, hands-on experience managing medium scale campaigns on Meta and other paid social channels with focus on optimizing for down-funnel metrics. 
• Strong understanding of paid marketing metrics (CPM, CTR, CVR) and the appropriate levers to pull in different scenarios 
• Proficiency with marketing automation tools for optimizing and making bulk campaign changes (e.g. Smartly, Hunch, Omneky) 
• Highly analytical with a structured approach to solving problems. Proficient in analyzing large datasets through Excel and/or SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Mode and Tableau)
• Experience using AI and automation to improve workflows and output quality such as campaign QA and analytics
• Track record as a fast learner with a knack for creative and technical solutions.
• Familiarity with AB testing and incrementality testing 
• Experience using paid marketing for retargeting and reengagement a strong plus 
• Experience in a two-sided marketplace or with products aimed at small business owners is a strong plus
• Experience in managing a cross-border program is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment, with the agility and flexibility to balance multiple priorities simultaneously

PMMs partner closely with Product, Design, Marketing, and Revenue to shape programs from the ground up, develop positioning and messaging, lead GTM strategy, and drive awareness and adoption. We have PMMs focused on each side of the marketplace: brands who sell on Faire, and the retailers who buy from them.

We're looking for a senior product marketer who can own a meaningful product area, build GTM strategy from scratch, and grow their remit over time as business needs shift. This is a role for someone who moves comfortably between strategy and execution, and who can bring clarity to ambiguous problems across a cross-functional team.

Positioning and messaging

• Develop deep customer understanding for your product area and translate those insights into clear, compelling positioning.
• Make complex product decisions feel simple to customers, whether that's a new feature, a program change, or an evolving value proposition.
• Ensure messaging lands consistently across all surfaces: in-product, email, help center, and sales enablement.

GTM strategy and execution

• Build and own end-to-end GTM strategy for your product area, from positioning through launch and adoption.
• Execute across multiple channels, sequencing customer education to drive behavior change at the right moments in the journey.
• Coordinate cross-functional enablement across Revenue, CX, Lifecycle, and other partners to bring GTM plans to life.

Required

• 6+ years of product marketing experience, or an adjacent role with direct ownership of positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy for complex products.

• Strong communicator who can make nuanced product and business decisions legible to customers, sales teams, and executive stakeholders, and drive alignment across functions without direct authority.
• Uses data to size opportunities, measure impact, and pressure-test strategy.
• Experience conducting or directing customer research and translating findings into positioning.

We have PMMs focused on each side of the marketplace: brands who sell on Faire, and the retailers who buy from them.

This role sits on the retailer side, with a primary focus on Faire Pay. Faire Pay is a new way retailers can pay invoices on Faire, designed to offer savings and flexibility. We’re early in the life of this product offering for retailers and are looking for someone who can sharpen how we talk about Faire Pay, build the strategy to drive meaningful adoption, and guide how we grow and evolve the program thoughtfully over time. A key part of the role will be connecting Faire Pay's value to the broader suite of products, features, and payment terms that make Faire the best way to shop wholesale. 

Beyond Faire Pay, this person will cover other select high-priority retailer areas, growing and shifting their scope over time in line with our customers’ highest impact needs.

What you’ll do 

Faire Pay positioning and messaging

• Develop a deep understanding of how retailers finance inventory purchases and manage their financial health, and translate those insights into compelling positioning for Faire Pay.
• Develop clear positioning and messaging for Faire Pay that makes a complex financial product feel immediately intuitive and valuable to our retailer customers.
• Ensure messaging comes to life in a consistent and compelling way across all surfaces, including in-product, email, help center, and sales enablement.

Faire Pay product adoption strategy and execution

• Build a Faire Pay adoption strategy that drives meaningful awareness and usage, positioning it as a natural part of how retailers get the most out of Faire.
• Expand Faire Pay's reach beyond its current in-product presence by executing on a multi-channel GTM approach across email, community, and more.
• Coordinate enablement across Revenue and CX teams, and partner with Lifecycle to sequence retailer education and drive behavior change at key moments in the customer journey
• Serve as a customer-centric thought partner to Design, Product, Legal, and other stakeholders as Faire Pay evolves, developing a communications strategy that supports experimentation and iteration while ensuring retailers are always informed and well-served.

Other retailer priorities

• Own end-to-end GTM strategy for select other high-priority retailer areas alongside Faire Pay, with scope expected to shift as business and customer needs evolve.
