What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end delivery of the agile team — managing the product backlog, priorities, and release cadence
- Act as the primary product contact for cinema advertising clients; gather, validate, and translate commercial and technical requirements into actionable stories
- Drive the product roadmap for the ad platform, balancing direct sales workflows, programmatic trading features, and platform reliability
- Onboard new clients to the platform, activate existing clients through programmatic solutions, and support their transition from direct sales to programmatic trading
- Engage deeply with the ad-tech domain — understanding campaign scheduling, trafficking, inventory management, and programmatic standards (OpenRTB, VAST, etc.)
- Provide demos of platform functionality to clients and internal stakeholders
- Maintain thorough product documentation and feature specification
- Collaborate with engineering, commercial, and operations teams to ensure roadmap alignment and on-time delivery
- Represent and advocate for the customer in all product decisions
What You Bring
- 3+ years in a Product Owner or Product Analyst role within an ad-tech, mar-tech, or digital media platform
- Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems: programmatic trading, DSPs/SSPs, OpenRTB, VAST, campaign trafficking
- Proven ability to own agile delivery end-to-end: backlog management, flow-based planning, acceptance criteria, and release management
- Technically credible: able to engage meaningfully with engineers on API design, data models, and system integration
- Commercially aware with the ability to develop strong client relationships and translate business needs into product decisions
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally for client engagements
Nice to have
- Exposure to AI/ML tooling within SDLC or product workflows (e.g. AI-assisted development, LLM integrations)
- Experience with international rollouts
- Knowledge of media planning, ad scheduling, or revenue management concepts
English level
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, including technical specification writing

The leading provider of vehicle lifecycle solutions, with headquarters in Chicago, enables the companies that build, insure, and replace vehicles to power the next generation of transportation. Its platform delivers advanced mobile, artificial intelligence, and car technologies. It connects a network of 350+ insurance companies, 24,000+ repair facilities, hundreds of parts suppliers, and dozens of third-party data and service providers. The customer's collective solutions enhance productivity and help clients deliver better experiences for end consumers.
What You’ll Do
- Translate high level business requirements into functional specifications for the development team and manages changes to such specifications
- Work with the business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze, document, and realize complex product requirements
- Analyze business partner’s operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to automate and optimize processes and functions
- Create requirements documents, use cases, workflow diagrams, test scripts, support manual materials, and other related documentation
- Develop quality assurance and testing guidelines for new software implementation and product enhancements
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing with customer stakeholders
- Perform system testing as needed for new products and production fixes
- Manage small projects or portions of larger projects.
What You Bring
- 5-8 + years of relevant systems analyst and/or business analysis experience
- Understands technology trends in the industry and uses this knowledge to develop innovation solutions to enhance CCC’s competitive edge.
- Demonstrable experience communicating with technical and business collaborators on complex detailed and high-level requirements.
- Business requirements authoring/management, Use Case Authoring, Workflow Diagramming, Data Dictionary Authoring, Basic Project Planning and Management
- Experience with Databases with expertise in pulling reports using SQL and providing meaningful metrics.
- Experience working in an agile and iterative software development lifecycle.
