JOB TITLE: (i-Ready) Business Analyst

What will you do?

As a business analyst with EVYD, you will play a key role in turning ideas into real solutions that help our users. You will work closely with our clients, UI/UX, developers, and project team to make sure we understand what is needed and that we build the right thing in the right way. 

This role reports to our senior manager, project management, and is based in Brunei. 

Your key responsibilities include:

• Participate in requirements-gathering meetings and workshops with the customer under the supervision of senior team members.
• Support the UX designer by capturing all the outputs from the UX process into functional requirements. 
• Work with UI graphic designer to ensure that graphics are on-point and aligned with functional requirements.
• Further detail out functional requirements into specifications that can be handed off for development. This will cover both front-end functional behavior as well as backend data, workflow, and processing aspects of the application of the system. 
• Prepare documentation on the functional requirements, specifications, and design.
• Clarify requirements and specifications with the development and project team along the course of development.
• Work with testers to develop test cases.
• Track and document requirement changes during the project following the requirements-gathering process.
• Support the customer-facing aspect of UAT and work with the development team to ensure that issues are resolved and verified by the customer.
• Collaborate with the project and product development team to ensure a seamless sync-up of functional requirements and specifications. 

Qualifications and other skills requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or above) in a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience as a business analyst for software application development projects.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Conversant in spoken and written English and Malay.
• Able to understand and appreciate the business context of any problem scenario.
• Assist in analyzing the structure of a business to determine its objectives and how it operates.
• Provide input and suggestions for possible improvements to existing operations and processes.
• Confidence in handling conversations at a working level, with support where needed.
• Able to build strong rapport with the customer under guidance.
• Good time management and prioritization skills, with support from senior team members.
• Capture requirements in traditional BRD, FSRD formats as well as in the form of epics, features, and user stories.
• A healthcare, medical, and pharmaceutical background would be advantageous.

JOB TITLE: (i-Ready) Associate, Change Management (Health Services Delivery)  

What will you do?

As an associate, change management (health services delivery), you will support the team in ensuring smooth adoption of initiatives by stakeholders while contributing to data-informed decisions and improved service delivery outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate insights into practical actions that support both operational and customer needs.

This role reports to our manager, change management (health services delivery), and is based in Brunei. 

Your key responsibilities include:

• Assist in the development of change management strategies and plans in alignment with project and organizational goals.
• Identify and engage internal and external stakeholders to build awareness, understanding, and support for change initiatives.
• Support impact assessments by collecting, analyzing and organizing relevant data on people, process, and system impacts.
• Contribute to the creation of communication materials to inform stakeholders of change initiatives, including presentations, emails, FAQs, and updates to inform and engage stakeholders.
• Help design, coordinate, and document training sessions and learning materials to support adoption and capability building.
• Provide administrative support in tracking resistance issues and coordinating follow-up actions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to change management activities, including change plans, stakeholder maps, communication logs, and meeting minutes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Project Management, Technical, and Customer Support to ensure alignment and integration of change management activities.
• Support the monitoring and reporting of change effectiveness, stakeholder feedback, and lessons learned to help improve future initiatives.
• Proactively learn and apply change management methodologies, tools, and best practices to support team growth and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and other skills requirements:

• A minimum of a Higher National Diploma in Business, Management, or a higher qualification in a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in both English and Malay is essential. 
• Basic knowledge of change management principles, techniques, and tools.
• Proven experience in change management or any digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A team player and able to collaborate with others.
• Able to work independently and take initiative to solve problems.
• Able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

JOB TITLE: (i-Ready) Associate, Change Management (Data Platforms)  

What will you do?

As a change management associate in the Data Platforms team, you will play a crucial role in driving customer success by enabling data-driven decisions and policies. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to understand the customer’s business needs. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to generate impactful use cases from EVYD’s data platforms.

This role reports to our Manager, Change Management (Data Platforms) and is based in Brunei. 

Your key responsibilities include:

• Support the development, evaluation, management, and execution of change management plans for projects or change initiatives
• Assist in identifying stakeholders’ communication and training needs and develop communication and training materials
• Participate in external meetings including requirement gathering, progress monitoring and reporting sessions
• Identify opportunities for improvement and drive ongoing enhancements to platforms and processes
• Collaborate with external stakeholders to understand pain points and goals.
• Conduct data analysis and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Conduct training sessions for stakeholders, with the ability to rationalise the reasons for design
• Work closely with internal teams, including medical data specialists, product, project, and customer support, to ensure alignment and timely delivery to customers.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to define, monitor, and evaluate success metrics of change.
• Provide support with management reporting and other updates.
  
• Work with and learn from senior members of the Change Management Team.

Qualifications and other skills requirements:

• Preferably, a bachelor's degree or higher national diploma (HND) in the field of health sciences or an equivalent qualification is required.
• Ability to speak, read, and write good English is essential. Ability to communicate in Malay is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good sense of time management.
• Innovative, independent, and a fast learner.
• Acts with integrity and ethics.
• Experience working within the healthcare or health tech sector is a plus. 

What will you do? 

In this role, you will help our end-users improve their overall health and well-being by leveraging technology to provide personalized guidance. 

This role reports to our Manager, Medical Operations and will be based in Brunei Darussalam.

Your key responsibilities include: 

• Create personalized health plans for patients enrolled in diabetics health management program.  

• Work on various health management initiatives, consult patients offline and onsite.

• Work with internal and external stakeholders for various health management program.

Travel requirements 

International travel is not required for this role.

Base technical requirements

Requirements: 

• At least three (3) years’ experience working in a healthcare and/or clinical setting, with at least 1 year’ experience of independent practice. Experience working in the health tech industry or in research is a plus.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics or an equivalent degree.
