What You Can Expect Do
As a Client Service Representative (CSR) in our emergency and specialty veterinary hospital, you will be the first point of contact for pet owners during some of their most stressful and emotional moments. You will play a critical role in triaging calls, managing patient intake and discharge, and supporting both the veterinary team and clients with compassion, efficiency, and professionalism.
*This position requires a Friday through Monday 8am to 5pm schedule*

Among other duties, this person will assist with intake and discharge, facilitate with scheduling of follow up services and transfers, as well as uphold empathetic and professional communication in a dynamic environment. Our ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver and has worked in a veterinary emergency setting in a client facing role previously.
