Overview
This role is for someone who can run a high-volume sales pipeline with precision, urgency, and accountability.
Ever is building the most transparent and customer-friendly way to buy an electric vehicle. Our model is simple: no hidden fees, no negotiation, and a streamlined, online-first buying experience.
We are looking for a Sales Manager – Pipeline & Performance to lead our sales team by owning execution across the full customer funnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline Management
- Oversee active customers across multiple deal stages
- Ensure every deal is progressing
- Performance & Conversion
- Drive lead → reservation → sale conversion across the team
- Identify breakdown points and fix them in real time
- Speed & Execution
- Enforce and maintain fast response times and consistent follow-up
- Eliminate delays in deal progression, contracting, and handoffs
- Process & Team Development
- Train and uphold Ever’s defined sales workflow
- Ensure every deal is handled cleanly, consistently, and correctly
- Coach reps using real pipeline data and live deals
- Hold team accountable to performance standards daily
- Work closely with Finance and Operations to move deals forward
- Quickly resolve blockers impacting delivery timelines
- 3+ years in sales management experience preferred
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume sales pipeline
- Strong CRM experience
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Data-driven and performance-focused mindset
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- Competitive base + performance-based bonus
- Expected OTE: $120,000 – $230,000 (base + commission)

What You’ll Do
- Present finance, warranty, and protection products both remotely (phone/video) and in-person
- Run virtual and on-site F&I consultations with customers nationwide
- Structure and close financing deals through digital and in-store workflows
- Leverage a broad lender network to secure competitive approvals while managing lender relationships and end-to-end funding
- Deliver a high-trust, consultative buying experience — never high pressure
- Ensure strict compliance with all federal and state regulations
- Prepare, review, and finalize all digital and physical finance documents
- Educate customers on EV incentives and ownership economics
- Partner closely with Sales, Delivery, and Title teams to ensure smooth handoffs
- Maintain strong CSI and NPS scores
- Track penetration rates, gross profit, and close ratios across remote and in-store deals
Qualifications & Fit
- 3–7+ years of automotive F&I experience
- Proven success closing deals both remotely and in a showroom environment
- Strong backend product performance history
- Customer-first mindset with a consultative approach, emphasizing transparency and sustainable customer outcomes
- Highly organized with strong compliance discipline

What You’ll Do
- Handle high-volume inbound leads from EV buyers and sellers (phone, SMS, email, chat)
- Qualify customers and understand their needs, timeline, and budget
- Set high-quality appointments for Sales and Supply teams
- Re-engage cold and dormant leads through structured follow-up cadences
- Educate customers on Ever’s EV buying and selling process
