About the Role

Esusu is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team and oversee a portfolio of strategic clients across the real estate ecosystem, including property owners, operators, and financial technology partners. In this role, you will drive renewals and expansion, build deep relationships with executive and operational stakeholders, and partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable impact for our clients and their residents.

What you will help us deliver

• Own renewals and expansion across a defined book of ~ 50-70 strategic accounts, consistently meeting or exceeding growth and revenue targets.
• Execute account plans that align Esusu’s platform with client business objectives, portfolio performance, and resident impact goals.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Operations to support a seamless onboarding, activation, and ongoing value delivery.
• Monitor account health and proactively identify risk, develop mitigation plans, and coordinate internal resources to execute them.
• Build and strengthen relationships with executive stakeholders, decision-makers, and day-to-day operators
• Lead regular cadence meetings and QBRs, using data to tell a story, surface opportunities, and align on next steps
• Prioritize and track open items, ensuring timely follow-through on operational, technical, and commercial needs
• Capture the voice of the customer and collaborate with internal teams to improve product, processes, and overall client experience
• Represent Esusu at industry events and conferences as needed to deepen relationships, gather market intelligence, and support growth.

Above and beyond

• Experience in real estate, property management, and/or fintech 
• 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or other client-facing roles with revenue responsibility
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment 
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in related field
• Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Jira, and other reporting/analytics tools
• Understanding of consumer behavior and industry trends, especially in housing or financial services

The Challenge:

As a Marketing Generalist at Esusu, you will play a hands-on role in turning our mission and products into clear, consistent stories that reach the right people at the right time. You’ll support a lean, high-impact marketing team by filling critical execution gaps across campaigns, content, and operations—especially as we expand our footprint across renters, real estate partners, and financial institutions. This role matters now because Esusu is scaling rapidly, and we need someone who can keep projects moving, connect the dots between channels, and ensure our brand shows up with clarity and rigor in every market we touch.

What will you help deliver:

• You will support campaign execution support across email, social, website, and paid channels—from brief to launch to reporting—ensuring campaigns ship on time and on brand.
• You will own day-to-day marketing operations such as updating website content, coordinating asset requests, managing basic list pulls, assisting our Lifecycle Marketing and Marketing Ops managers, and keeping project trackers up to date.
• Clear, concise marketing materials such as one-pagers, landing pages, nurture emails, and social copy tailored to renter, partner, and B2B audiences.
• Partner and event support, including coordinating deliverables (logos, copy, assets), tracking timelines, and helping measure basic ROI on key initiatives.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams (Sales, Account Management, Product, and Design) to gather inputs, route approvals, and ensure stakeholders have what they need.
• You will prepare basic performance reporting on key campaigns and channels, helping the team understand what’s working and where to optimize next, ensuring reports are up-to-date and well-organized, and helping flag any potential issues as they arise.

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field, ideally in B2B, fintech, SaaS, or mission-driven organizations.
• Hands-on experience executing campaigns or projects across at least two channels (for example: email, social, website, ads, or events).
• Strong writing and editing skills with an ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling, and error-free copy.
• Comfortable working with marketing tools (e.g., email/lifecycle platforms, CMS/website editors, project management tools, and basic analytics dashboards); experience adapting quickly to new tools.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a track record of managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity—you can move work forward with limited direction and know when to ask for help.
• Alignment with Esusu’s mission and a genuine interest in financial inclusion, technology, and impact-driven work.

Nice to have:

• Experience working with global or distributed teams, including collaborating across time zones.
• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Webflow, Braze, Figma, or similar platforms.
• Background supporting both B2B and consumer-facing marketing efforts.

What you will help us deliver

• Partner with Account Executives and Account Managers to build growth strategies for your book of business, working collaboratively to secure successful renewals and expansions.
• Work with collaborative teams to ensure speed and efficiency in onboarding and adoption of Esusu services to your clients. 
• Develop customized success plans and partner with our internal client management team to accelerate adoption and provide clients with a path to achieve their goals.
• Develop relationships with property managers to understand their business needs and how Esusu provides value in driving key outcomes.
• Leverage Esusu product expertise along with client use case knowledge to proactively identify growth opportunities and establish a client feedback loop.
• Monitor account health through business reviews and account planning.
• Provide ongoing education on Esusu’s suite of services and Financial Literacy topics to property managers and residents.
• Actively contribute to team and cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives.
• This is a remote role with up to 25% travel for strategic client site visits and team alignment.

The Challenge

We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our Revenue Operations Team. This individual will work closely with Account Executives and Account Managers to drive team efficiencies and close more revenue. They will offer support to their book of business on the administrative side by: supporting client communications, assisting with day-to-day operations for reps, and assisting with reporting for the Office of the CEO. 

What will you help deliver

• Support the Revenue Team with administrative tasks by
• Assisting the team with open deals in Salesforce and ensuring deals have accurate, necessary data before the deal closes
• Monitoring email and Slack for rep support requests and responding timely
• Collaborating with the Finance team to ensure proper billing information is in Salesforce 
• Support the Revenue Strategy for the company by
• Searching and verifying which prospects and clients are eligible across multiple sources, as well as creating and maintaining a tracking document as a source of information. 
• Supporting the invoicing and payment for Esusu services from external partners. 
• Sending scheduled reports to our External Partners for approval in a standardized format and promptly responding to Revenue team members about the progress to ensure timely movements of deals. 
• Collaborating with Data Science and Office of the CEO to audit and send reporting lists and presentations for our external partners’ quarterly reports.
• Perform ongoing lead/contact enrichment using revenue tools and Identify and merge duplicate records, flag outdated contacts, and ensure data consistency across CRM.
• Support the Revenue Team with outreach via Apollo and LinkedIn by
• Designing and sending monthly communications about updates related to Esusu's offerings and external partnership.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Enablement teams to distribute key updates and battlecards to Sales. Track what’s working and suggest training or refreshers when patterns emerge.
• Creating and sending communications and coordination for conferences 
• Designing communications and SOPs for ad hoc communications, like changes to the GSEs or other programs 
• Ensure that LinkedIn Sales Navigator’s Embedded Solution is syncing the Profiles Properly
• Support the Revenue Org with enabling the team to utilize procured tools. 
• Support Revenue leadership with additional ad hoc projects and requests, like  
• Planning team meetings and offsites
• Creating Salesforce reports  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of experience with Sales Operations or a Revenue Team
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, B2B Automation Tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and any other Revenue Facing AI Tools. 
• Admin Experience with Salesforce is good to have. 
• Experience with Large Data Management and Data analysis via Spreadsheet
• Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate strategy into specific execution plans and priorities
• Comfortable building relationships and communicating with different stakeholders
• Strong sense of urgency, organization, and time management skills to work on multiple priorities
• Curious, detail-oriented, independent, rigorous, and proactive kind of a person
• Team player ready to pitch in and help when needed. Ability to work independently, as well as on a team, and be a self-starter.
