Job Summary:

This is an exciting role an innovative, high-growth defense technology company. We are seeking a detail-oriented and savvy Supply Chain Operations Specialist (Contract) to join our team. This role focuses on inputting and maintaining supplier records, tracking engineering changes, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and leveraging direct experience to build processes to meet industry standards and requirements. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills. We are also looking for someone who can jump in and drive tactical day-to-day execution while keeping a strategic roadmap in mind.   

Responsibilities: 

• Manage and process all requirements for the onboarding and offboarding of suppliers ensuring compliance with company policies, FAR/DFARS requirements, and industry standards.  
• Conduct due diligence and evaluate supplier risk utilizing third party tools and checks.

• Manage and interpret engineering dispositions, ensuring accurate execution and understanding of engineering change notices (ECNs). 
• Maintain and apply knowledge of multilevel bills of materials (BOMs) and part categorizations to support product change management processes. 
• Serve as the primary liaison between engineering and cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, procurement, and other internal stakeholders, to ensure alignment and clear communication. 
• Track and report on drawing change metrics, proactively following up on stagnant tickets to drive timely resolution.  

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in at least one of the following areas: document control, supplier onboarding, buying, planning, contracts, data management, or other related experience.  
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)

Job Summary: 

This is an exciting role at an innovative, high-growth defense technology company. The Senior RF Engineer will lead the design of solid-state power amplifier modules from concept to production. The ideal candidate for the position is someone who has experience with high power amplifier design and will have full ownership of product development through all stages of conception, prototype, and productization. In this role, you will work closely with a talented engineering team in a fast-paced environment to apply emerging technologies in innovative ways to rapidly produce new products. This position will report to the Manager of RF Engineering.   

Responsibilities:  

• Design of high-power microwave amplifiers and RF front-end modules for CW or pulsed operation  
• Modeling, simulation, analysis, design, test, and optimization of high power active and passive power amplifier circuits  
• Generate schematics and work closely with mechanical, thermal, and PCB layout teams to ensure circuit designs meet requirements while striving for first pass design success  
• Board bring up, test, and bench level tuning  
• Develop design verification test plans and assist with testing  
• Evaluate, characterize, and select off-the-shelf power amplifier components like discrete transistors, MMICs, couplers, splitters/combiners, etc.

As a Sr. FPGA Engineer, you will work closely with a talented, multi-disciplinary engineering team in a fast-paced environment to apply emerging technologies in innovative ways to rapidly produce new products.     

Duties  

• Design and verification of RTL modules for FPGA applications
• Ownership of entire FPGA designs from initial architecture trades through implementation, verification, and hardware bringup, including FPGA sizing estimation and IO planning.
• Lead initial testing and bring-up of custom FPGA circuit cards, validating functionality of on-board peripherals including memory interfaces, Ethernet controllers, and integrated sensors.
• Automating test environment (up to and including hardware-in-the-loop testing), lab equipment, and measurement devices

Required Qualifications

Job Summary: 

The Field Service Representative III (FSR III) is a senior-level technician providing advanced technical, operational, and training support for Epirus HPM-CUAS systems. FSR IIIs act as the technical lead during field operations and deployments, conduct detailed system diagnostics, and interface directly with program offices and engineering teams. This position combines hands-on expertise with leadership, mentorship, and customer-facing responsibilities. 

Responsibilities:  

• Lead installation, commissioning, and sustainment of deployed systems. 
• Conduct advanced fault isolation, software configuration, and system-level troubleshooting. 
• Serve as primary field point-of-contact for customer operations and mission support. 
• Deliver New Equipment Training (NET) and mentorship to junior FSRs. 
• Provide detailed feedback to engineering and logistics for continuous product improvement. 
• Support operational assessments, testing, and extended OCONUS deployments. 

Basic Qualifications: 

• Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.

In this role, you will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure compliance with AS9100, internal, and customer-specific requirements while supporting quality assurance efforts to maintain the highest levels of product quality, reliability, and performance. This position will be the focal point for quality engineering activities for the Amplifier Module and PCBA manufacturing and test lines. 

Responsibilities: 

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes, plans, and procedures in compliance with AS9100, customer, and internal Quality Management System requirements.  
• Assist with non-conformance investigations, corrective actions, root cause analysis, product/process audits, and inspection/test capability analysis. Verify effectiveness of actions and share lessons learned across product and programs. 
• Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering to drive initiatives to meet quality and reliability objectives. Support transition from NPI to scalable production through the development of robust quality assurance processes. 
• Support internal and external audits and inspections from customers, regulatory bodies, and certification agencies. 
• Use statistical process control (SPC) and other quality tools to analyze trends and improve product reliability. Define metrics to effectively measure and improve quality performance.

We are seeking a capable and motivated UAS Program Pilot Technician to join our Field Operations and Sustainment team. This is a single-person role responsible for fleet readiness, shop organization, mission support, aircraft maintenance, and field deployment support across a mixed fleet of COTS and custom UAS platforms. 

This role supports DJI, Autel, and other COTS drones, custom rotary-wing Class 1–3 aircraft running ArduPilot firmware, and fixed-wing Class 1–2 aircraft running ArduPilot firmware. The ideal candidate brings strong piloting and technician skills, is comfortable operating independently, and can support the full life cycle of drone systems from bench integration and repair to flight testing and field operations. In addition to core UAS responsibilities, this role may also support field operations as a Field Service Representative (FSR) for deployed Epirus systems. 

Responsibilities: 

• Operate, configure, and pilot a diverse fleet of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) in manual, assisted, and autonomous modes for testing, training, and field operations, including mission planning and aircraft configuration using UGCS, Mission Planner, QGroundControl, Betaflight, and DJI software tools. 
• Build, repair, and modify UAS airframes (payload integrations, wiring, harnesses, connectors, power systems, and support equipment), including performing diagnostics, fault isolation, bench testing, soldering, component replacement, wire‑harness fabrication, and return‑to‑service verification. 
• Configure, tune, and troubleshoot COTS and Pixhawk/Cube‑class flight controllers, ESCs, RF links, and telemetry systems, while maintaining fleet readiness through inspections, preventive maintenance, firmware updates, parameter management, configuration control, and accurate maintenance records. 
• Organize and maintain the UAS shop, including tools, spares, batteries, chargers, radios, support equipment, and overall workspace readiness. 
• Support flight test setup, data collection, deployment preparation, and continuous improvement of procedures, checklists, and technical documentation. 
• Support and troubleshoot control, RF, and telemetry systems including TBS, ELRS, FrSky, RadioMaster TX/RX, RFD900, DragonLink, and Kahuna WiFi modules. 
• Additional Field Support responsibilities as required: 
• Travel domestically or overseas on short notice for field deployments, including hazardous duty locations, for 90–120-day durations as mission needs require, to perform technical inspections, system checks, fault diagnosis, Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) replacement, testing, and restoration of HPM-CUAS systems to full functionality. 
• Work with the training and enablement team to help develop and deliver training on the proper care, use, maintenance, and preventive maintenance of systems. 
• Maintain readiness kits, spares, and tools necessary for field deployments and represent Epirus professionally during high-visibility events with government and defense partners. 

Basic Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in UAS operations, maintenance, flight testing, or engineering integration roles. 
• Demonstrated ability to pilot multirotor and fixed-wing aircraft and support autonomous flight operations. 
• Hands-on experience with ArduPilot and strong working knowledge of PX4, Betaflight, or related autopilot ecosystems. 
• Strong familiarity with UAS command and control architectures, RF links, GPS/telemetry systems, and field troubleshooting. 
• Practical electronics skillset including soldering, harness building, connector repair, diagnostics, and component-level replacement.

The Senior Quality Inspector works closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to maintain the highest levels of product quality and customer satisfaction. 

Responsibilities: 

• Performs and leads receiving, in-process, and final inspections of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components, subassemblies, and finished goods. 
• Verify conformance to engineering drawings, specifications, IPC-A-610/620 standards, and contractual specifications. 
• Document inspection results accurately and maintain traceable records in accordance with QMS procedures and AS9100 requirements. 
• Identify and document nonconformances; provide recommendations to support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action implementation. 
• Support and perform first article inspections (FAIs) per internal and AS9102 requirements. 
• Coordinate inspections to meet stakeholder needs and due dates based on priority.

Job Summary: Epirus is seeking a Field Service Engineer (FSE) III with the ability to provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and operational oversight in support of Epirus High Power Microwave Counter Unmanned Aerial Systems (HPM-CUAS). This individual will work as a member of a small team with a primary focus on the maintenance, training support and sustainment of fielded HPM assets. The FSE will directly support the maintenance of the fielded HPM-CUAS equipment, re-installation of Line repairable units (LRUs), training, integration, and sustainment of these solutions with existing client infrastructure at CONUS and OCONUS locations. Candidate will provide hands-on support for HPM-CUAS technical, network, and integration projects. This role requires hands-on expertise in electrical, mechanical, and software systems, as well as the ability to work in high-pressure situations supporting defense operations. 

This position requires a high degree of technical skill, personal resilience and flexibility, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work as part of a cross-functional team in a variety of physical environments. 

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with engineering teams to provide feedback on system performance and potential design improvements. 
• Coordinate with project managers, logistics personnel, and customers to ensure timely resolution of issues. 
• Conduct install/uninstall of HPM-CUAS systems in a variety of locations / environmental conditions to support client operations, test and evaluations, Tactics, Techniques and Procedure (TTP) / Doctrine development, and New Equipment Training (NET) courses. 
• Make recommendations on equipment modifications/upgrades based on experience gained through testing and operational use of HPM-CUAS systems.
