WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As a Lead AV Installation Technician, you will oversee the deployment and maintenance of AV and TelePresence technologies across client sites. You will lead installation teams, ensure optimal system performance, and act as a technical escalation point while maintaining high standards of service delivery.

**THIS POSITION REQUIRES UP TO 70% TRAVEL.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the installation and de-installation of AV/TelePresence products.
Supervise and guide AV Technicians during installation projects.
Configure endpoints and infrastructure.
Conduct room audits to ensure optimal technology performance.
Perform preventative maintenance and readiness checks.
Identify and resolve equipment failures with effective solutions.
Complete post-installation assessments and user acceptance testing.
Install software upgrades and manage break/fix and RMA requests.
Act as a technical escalation point for ongoing faults.
Interface with clients on-site in alignment with service level agreements.
Provide project reporting and updates to management.
Document hardware failures and supervise rack building processes.
Travel nationally to customer sites as required.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

Proven experience leading AV Technician or Engineering teams.
Hands-on experience terminating, configuring, and programming AV equipment (Extron, Cisco, Crestron, AMX).
Ability to read and interpret technical plans and perform necessary configurations.
Experience with AV/VC integrations.
Agile mindset with a strong sense of urgency.
High responsiveness, efficiency, and professionalism in customer interactions.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of a full range of Network and wireless deployments, and managed network environments. Project Leadership & Execution

Possess deep technical knowledge of Wireless and Network products, including their capabilities and limitations.
Drive process improvements and ensure best practices in system design, implementation, and lifecycle management.
Make informed recommendations on product selection, redesign, and technological enhancements based on project needs.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

Partner with global teams, including engineers, security teams, leadership, and other Project Managers.
Work closely with external technology providers, customers, and partner teams to align expectations and ensure smooth project execution.
Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making at multiple levels.

Problem-Solving & Risk Management

Proactively identify potential issues in wireless and networking solutions, ensuring the correct resources are engaged for resolution.
Provide technical oversight and guidance to address errors and optimize solutions.

Training & Mentorship

Train and mentor junior team members, providing measurable growth opportunities.
Support talent acquisition efforts by identifying and recommending strong candidates for the team.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Project Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in project management, networking, or a related field.

Technical Expertise

Strong understanding of Networking products, including deployment methodologies.
Experience managing complex network implementations.
Ability to evaluate and apply emerging technologies to optimize business outcomes.

Project & Stakeholder Management

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Travel to other sites as needed to support projects and installations.

Experience with AV systems such as Crestron, Extron, QSYS, or Cisco.
Understanding of signal flow and AV rack building to AVIXA standards.
Familiarity with AV industry cabling and connector termination.
Strong sense of urgency and agility in dynamic environments.

Ability to work independently in high-pressure, fast-paced settings.
Commitment to ongoing technical development.
