WHAT YOU WILL DO:As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our logistics team. You’ll be responsible for preparing, organizing, and shipping IT assets and equipment, ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency in all warehouse activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Pick, pack, label, and prepare assets for shipment; coordinate with couriers and logistics partners.
• Sort and store materials based on size, type, style, color, or product code.
• Process daily orders, including printing, packing, labeling, and palletizing according to standard configurations.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to support technical logistics needs.
• Analyze customer requirements and assist in translating them into system and design specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Lift and manage heavy boxes and equipment with care.
• Work independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines and project milestones.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods (10+ hours) and lifting heavy items.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse safety and operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Self-motivated, analytical thinker with a proactive attitude.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.

DESIRABLE CRITERIA:

• Experience with computerized maintenance or inventory systems is a plus.
• Previous logistics or warehouse experience is desirable.
• Familiarity with OSHA, DOT, and EPA regulations is a plus.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse to ensure optimal efficiency, safety, and productivity. This role involves managing a team of warehouse staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, and implementing best practices to support the company’s operational goals. The Warehouse Lead will play a critical role in ensuring smooth logistics and high-quality service for EOS IT Solutions and its partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and training to ensure high performance and team development.
• Ensure the day to day operational logistics activities run smoothly and efficiently.
• Support teams with internal moves, additions, and changes.
• Receiving and processing all equipment shipments.
• Responsible for performing the physical or administrative/physical tasks storing, and distributing of products, materials, parts, supplies and equipment.
• Sorting and placing materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to pre-determined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
• Examines stocks and distributes materials in inventory.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities when needed.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

• Ability to develop and maintain positive employee, customer and cross-functional team relations. 
• Ability to effectively promote and lead change Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills.
• Experience leading a team of associates using resources effectively to meet order deadlines ensuring 100% accuracy
• Company, OSHA, DOT, and EPA regulations and power industrial equipment requirements.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to drive results.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer service. 
• Knowledge of inventory management and control principles, as well as experience with warehouse management software.
• Ability to work with a computerized maintenance management system.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in written form.
• Ability to interpret data, information and documents.
• Ability to analyze and solve complex problems, observe, and interpret situations.
• Ability to operate a personal computer and other office equipment.
• Working knowledge in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience in maintenance systems and repairs is required.
• Assist manager in identifying process improvement opportunities and execute as requested.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by the manager.

• Experience with carnet documentation and international shipping
• Prior exposure to inventory audits and cycle counts
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

WHAT YOU WILL DO: The Warehouse Operations Associate is primarily responsible for ensuring that day-to-day operational logistics activities run effectively and efficiently. This will include cycle counting, inventory receipting, and processing of all inbound and outbound shipments. The Warehouse Operative will work as part of a dynamic and growing team to deliver EOS suppliers’ and customers’ with an unrivalled service, and contribute to our growth and success.

• Ensuring the day to day operational Logistics activities run smoothly and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading trucks, cycle counting, kitting, picking, packing, shrink wrapping, labeling, and palletizing products.
• Support teams with internal moves, additions, and changes.
• Receiving and processing all equipment shipments.
• Responsible for performing the physical or administrative/physical tasks storing, and distributing of products, materials, parts, supplies and equipment.
• Sorting and placing materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to pre-determined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
• Examines stocks and distributes materials in inventory.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities when needed.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

• Excellent follow through skills, coupled with strong organizational skills and solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ready, willing, and able to deliver excellence independently or collaboratively.
• Previous experience working in logistics desirable
• Basic knowledge of warehouse safety and operations.
• Be an analytical thinker who can help organize and complete tasks.
• Be innovative and self-motivated, with a keen ability to ask questions, as well as a self-directed learner.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a diverse, cross-functional team.
• Ability to pay meticulous attention to detail.
• Possess experience with inventory management.
• Able to lift heavy boxes and equipment.
