We are hiring a Sales Account Executive to grow the Atlanta market. This is a remote role for someone who is disciplined, technically minded, and ready to build a territory with strong internal support.
This role is designed for a professional who takes ownership of results and wants to build a long-term career in the critical power industry. You should be motivated by growth, open to development, and ready to earn the opportunity to advance into a Senior Account Executive role.
You will be supported by our established team across Atlanta and Florida, including Sales, Engineering, and Field Service, while continuing to build relationships and revenue throughout the Atlanta region.
Learn how to scope UPS replacements, battery upgrades, bypass systems, repairs, and PM programs
Develop and grow the Atlanta territory through site visits, meetings, and relationship-building
Conduct client visits, build proposals, and manage your pipeline
Work closely with Inside Sales, Contracting, Engineering, and Field Service teams
Build long-term relationships across healthcare, industrial, municipal, and commercial markets
Maintain disciplined follow-up, organization, and CRM accuracy
Represent EOLA Power professionally in the field and in front of customers
This is a remote role, but not a passive one.
Your time should be spent:
In front of customers
Visiting job sites and facilities
Building relationships in the Atlanta market
Generating opportunities and managing active deals
Traveling your territory and representing EOLA Power
When you are not in front of customers, you are expected to be actively prospecting, preparing proposals, managing follow-up, and building pipeline.
This role requires independence, ownership, and strong personal discipline.
You will be supported by leadership and our internal team, but you must be someone who can build and own a market.
Experience in one or more of the following:
Industrial or technical sales
Generator, electrical, or HVAC industries
Field service background (UPS, battery, testing, mechanical, electrical)
Selling PM contracts or technical services
Experience developing or growing a territory is a strong plus
This role is designed for someone who wants to grow into a Senior Account Executive and help build a strong regional presence for EOLA Power.
OTE: $120K–$150K+ (Base Salary + Commissions + Bonuses)

A highly skilled UPS Field Engineer is needed to apply an in-depth knowledge of UPS start-up, testing, and operations. This role involves commissioning, maintenance, and emergency support for power electronics at customer sites.
Key Responsibilities:
•Conducts commissioning-focused design reviews, prepares test procedures and reports, and oversees on-site testing.
•Performs preventive maintenance, emergency response, equipment start-up, and field modifications.
•Coordinates with technical support to resolve maintenance or operational issues.
•Assists in developing Methods of Procedures (MOPs).
•Reports to a supervisor for any unusual issues or developments.
•Trains periodically at company headquarters on testing equipment and rebuilding systems.
•Completes Field Service Reports promptly and provides proactive recommendations to clients.
•Candidate will be based from home.
Qualifications:
•Minimum of 3-5 years' experience. Preferred 10+ years of relevant experience.
•Skilled in troubleshooting equipment such as UPS, batteries, PDUs, STSs, etc.
•Proficient with hand tools and test equipment for maintenance and repairs.
•Strong verbal, written communication, and customer service skills.
•Ability to work independently with resourcefulness and initiative.
•Knowledge of equipment manufacturers’ specifications.
•Physically capable of bending and lifting up to 100 lbs as required.
•Willingness to work nights, weekends, and be on-call when needed.
•Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
