Role Description

Entera is seeking a highly motivated and experienced volume-based Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to join our tech-enabled brokerage operations department and grow your career. As a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator (Contractual), you will assure the last mile of any transaction is a best-in-class experience for our clients and our external partners. You are a crucial member of the brokerage operations team and responsible for stewarding accepted contracts over the finish line to closing while deftly navigating through any obstacles along the way. You'll work with industry leaders, receive continual training and potential opportunities for growth within the organization.

This role is perfect for someone with a traditional background in real estate as a buyer or listing agent, transaction coordinator or title and escrow experience.  While not required, candidates who hold real estate license(s) or are pursuing one in any of the following locations will be given special consideration: Arizona, Florida, Georgia and Texas.

This is a hybrid (3-day a week in person) position based in Houston (Memorial City Neighborhood). 

Note: This role is a temporary, full-time position that is expected to last 6 months with the possibility of a 6 month extension or conversion to permanent status.

What You'll Do:

• Demonstrate knowledge of real estate regulations, compliance, contracts, title & escrow procedures and standard transaction practices underlying single family home acquisitions and dispositions.
• Monitor multiple closings at various stages of the transaction life cycle, and ensure full compliance of contract milestones and obligations by Entera and Entera’s customers to minimize financial or legal liabilities throughout each closing.
• Deliver best-in-class services with integrity to Entera’s customers, third parties and internal partners.
• Perform administrative tasks and all transactional duties associated with  a real estate closing - maintaining strict adherence to Entera’s Standard Operating Procedures
• Ensure closings you manage will satisfy a real estate commission’s  audit guideline and Entera’s internal review -including  accurate and complete transaction data, legal forms, and review /  approval documentation.
• Review and approve applicable due diligence and closing documents
• Review HOA documents and bylaws to assure no conflicts exist with buyers’ intentions
• Collaborate with all departments to address inquiries and requests from clients, internal team members and third parties
• Suggest improvements for operational processes and technical systems and actively contribute to Entera’s Knowledge Management systems
• Assist with the resolution of issues identified during due diligence and closing 

Who You Are:

• You have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a real estate transaction coordinator or escrow officer/assistant position or a recent graduate from an accredited real estate or similar degree program.
• Organized multi-tasker with strong attention to details
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adhering to deadlines
• Experienced with listing services / MLS (various states) (preferred but not required)
• Experienced with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), as well as data entry and manipulation.

The Role:

Contract Real Estate Agents (Remote) are integral members of Entera’s industry-leading real estate agent sales team seeking to launch their careers to new heights through developing expertise in multiple top investor markets, investment strategies, customer service, real estate negotiation, and technology-enabled programmatic sales process  in a high paced and high volume environment. The Contract Real Estate Agent will learn how to engage, process and convert hundreds of inbound and outbound leads and offers monthly to under contract, either on Entera’s listings or offers made by Entera’s investor buyers.  Lead generation is not required as all leads will be provided and ready to go in Entera’s internal sales system.  You will be the first voice people hear when interested buyers or sellers learn about Entera and Entera’s listings/offers so a great attitude, strong communication skills, persistence and resilience are a must. 

Candidates must hold an active real estate license, or an inactive license that is eligible for reactivation.

Those who hold real estate license(s) in any of the following locations will be given special consideration: Arizona, Florida, Georgia and Texas.  

What You Will Do:

• Be the first point of contact for buyers and sellers interested in Entera listings or offers — you’ll handle conversations from first inquiry through getting deals under contract
• Work a high volume of inbound and outbound leads provided directly by Entera (no lead generation required)
• Follow Entera’s sales playbooks and processes to qualify prospects, present opportunities, negotiate offers, and move deals forward
• Use proven sales scripts and materials — and help improve them over time based on what works best
• Ask smart questions, stay curious, and actively look for ways to increase conversion and closing rates
• Manage multiple deals at once while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and momentum
• Build strong knowledge of local market conditions and common single-family investment strategies
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external agents to resolve issues quickly and keep transactions moving
• Share feedback and ideas to improve tools, workflows, and internal documentation
• Handle administrative tasks such as tracking activity, updating systems, and reporting
• Represent Entera with professionalism, integrity, and composure at all times
• Contribute positively to the team culture and support shared sales goals

Who You Are:

• Experienced realtor with hands-on, high-volume transaction experience
• 100+ career transactions strongly preferred
• Background in institutional buyers, brokerages, or investor-focused real estate environments is a plus
• You’re comfortable managing many deals at once and keeping transactions moving efficiently from inquiry to close (up to approximately 75 - 100 per week)
• You’ve worked with software systems that support the sales and transaction process (CRMs, deal management tools, listing platforms, or internal workflows)
• You understand how to follow structured sales processes while still using judgment and negotiation skills
• You’re confident communicating with buyers, sellers, and agents and know how to move conversations toward clear outcomes
• You’re detail-oriented and understand that speed, accuracy, and follow-through matter in high-volume real estate
• You collaborate well with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and keep deals on track
• You operate with professionalism, integrity, and consistency, even under pressure

Job Type: This role is a temporary, full-time position that is expected to last 6 months with the possibility of a 6 month extension or conversion to permanent status. 40 per week, 8 hour shift. 
Pay: from  $50,000-$65,000 per year, dependent on experience.

The Role: 

As a Contract Real Estate Listing Coordinator, you will ensure that Entera’s listings are prepared for sale optimally to maximize success for Entera’s clients and Entera. Real Estate Listing Coordinators are crucial members of the brokerage team responsible for supporting listings from the ‘starting line’ of selling and beyond.  They manage and coordinate 3rd party service and rehab vendors, navigate on-the-ground issues, validate asset readiness for sale, support real estate pricing specialists in developing the “right” asset prices, prepare key listing documentation, and help set up MLS listings and Entera’s disposition management systems. You will receive guidance from industry leaders who will support your development and pave the way for your growth within the organization.

What You'll Do:

• Play a critical role in meeting service-level agreements (SLAs) and Entera’s KPIs reliably and consistently. 
• Manage 50+ listings per month, frequently switching between assets at different stages of readiness
• Maintain a high degree of customer service and integrity when interacting with customers, third parties, and internal partners.
• Draft, review, and maintain MLS listings and related documentation (note: some coordinators will focus more heavily on MLS, others on field operations)
• Work with internal and external partners to create effective processes and ensure that all documentation and selling systems are correctly established to meet deadlines effectively. 
• Ensure that the transition of information and documents to the agent selling team is accurate, timely, and meets Entera standards to maximize “Day 1 sales” and ongoing salability of assets.
• Order, schedule, coordinate and close out 3rd party services vendors based on SLAs and asset conditions for listing. 
• Serve as a primary point of contact for 3rd party services vendors, field agents, and internal partners — handling frequent inbound calls, emails, and requests
• Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain strong organization across multiple workstreams, prioritizing what must happen now vs. what can wait
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and keep listings moving forward
• Contribute ideas to improve operational workflows, vendor processes, and listing readiness through Entera’s knowledge-management systems

Who You Are:

• 1–2+ years of hands-on real estate experience as a Listing Coordinator, or a licensed Real Estate Agent who is intentionally seeking a career shift into a coordination / operations role
• Direct experience working with the MLS, including navigating listing terminology, drafting listings, and managing listing data
• Highly organized with exceptional time-management skills — able to juggle many different tasks and confidently prioritize competing deadlines
• Comfortable operating in a high-volume environment, managing dozens of listings simultaneously and switching between assets throughout the day
• Strong communicator who is comfortable working with vendors, construction teams, field agents, and internal stakeholders
• Resourceful and self-directed — able to respond professionally to vendor questions, escalate issues appropriately, and manage timelines without hand-holding
• Patient, calm, and professional when handling frequent inbound calls and last-minute requests
