As our AI Native Marketing Content Specialist, you are  the new  breed of creative—a digital native who leverages AI as a powerful sparring partner to help craft content that doesn't interrupt what people are interested in, it is what they are interested in.  Your skill in creative prompting and collaboration with AI agents is a form of commercial judo

Your primary focus is producing engaging, multi-format content. You'll create everything from short-form videos, case studies and data visualizations to interactive content and webinars.   

Your goal is to both cultivate a loyal community, and drive growth by attracting new members to the community by providing relevant, swipe stopping content where our community views us as an ally, not just a vendor.

Your Responsibilities 

• AI-Powered Content Creation: Leverage AI to supercharge every stage of content creation, using  AI agents to turn sharp insights into high-impact assets.
• Cross-Media Production: Guide generative tools to produce uncopyable, distinctive messaging with high velocity across social media, blogs, whitepapers, and video.
• Narrative Strategy: Build and execute a content strategy inspired by the philosophy that counter-intuative can actually be persuasive.
• Audience Decoding: Rapidly immerse yourself in our industry to understand the personalities, motivations and fears, shaping a tone and direction that genuinely changes behaviour.
• Thought Leadership: Establish enmacc’s voice as a vital, trusted resource within the industry, moving beyond product features to focus on the world of the customer.

Your Profile

• AI Mastery: You are fluent and curious in leveraging generative AI tools (LLMs, image generators, etc.) as a co-pilot for high-velocity, high-quality production.  
• Creative Ideation: You have an innate talent for conceptualizing bold content that defines trends rather than following them.  While you may not be a designer, you understand what good design is and how to brief it.
• Storytelling Excellence: You are a storyteller who understands that great marketing is about the customer's world, not the product.
• Empathetic Approach: You possess high empathy and the ability to rapidly decode customer behaviors and motivations and translate this into relevant narratives.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: You thrive in environments where experimentation is an expectation or ownership is valued.
• Background: 3+ years of experience in content marketing, creative direction, or a related field, preferably within a creative agency, fashion or entertainment environment.
• Communication: Fluent in English with exceptional writing skills; German is a plus.

Become the face of enmacc for our national and international trading customers in Italy and shape our growth story. Together with our senior management team you will further grow our customer base in the region and develop our existing and new trading customers to become digital leaders in energy trading. With the help of our clients you will identify and develop new markets and opportunities.

What you’ll do:

• Account Management
• Be responsible for and work closely with our existing portfolio of customers in the region and develop trusted relationships to engage them in the use of the platform
• Acquire a thorough understanding of their requirements to develop opportunities with our existing customers based on their needs and our platform offering
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention by identifying and resolving issues and driving engagement

• Be accountable for  the continuous growth of our platform in Italy
• Work closely with our senior management to identify and acquire relevant national and international trading customers 
• Continuously manage opportunities through the funnel from identification to closing

Who you are:

• 3-5 years successful experience in B2B, ideally SaaS and preferably within the energy space
• Proactive and creative team player focused on inspiring customer loyalty
• Hands-on attitude with a desire to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities; 
• Desire to work in a fast paced start-up and passion to work with digital products and services.
• Fluent in Italian plus excellent written and spoken English

Your Mission:

To join us in disrupting the international energy trading market and leave your mark in re-defining how energy traders work. You’ll be the face of enmacc with our clients in the UK energy market working closely with this client segment and engaging them to become digital leaders in energy trading. 

What you’ll do:

You will be responsible for the long-term success of our international, professional trading customer base and with the full support of the business and your team you will:

• Work closely with a portfolio of current clients  to define success and help them maximise value out of engaging with the enmacc platform in the UK market.
• Proactively have regular touch points with clients, planning & supporting their trading needs. 
• Develop and convert a pipeline of prospective clients in the large, international energy and environmental commodity trading segment in the UK.
• Lead the onboarding process of new clients and assist them in driving user adoption within their whole organisation.
• Autonomously oversee the development of new and current client accounts and the evolution of the UK energy market, regarding business opportunities and potential competitors.
• Act as a link between departments to drive customer advocacy by delivering actionable client feedback. 

Who you are:

• Five or more years of experience in the energy origination or trading business; for example, as an Energy Trader or energy-related Software Account Manager.
• Experience in the UK energy space is a must, with a strong network that enables you to hit the ground running.
• Knowledge of both physical and financial energy trading.
• Highly ambitious regarding your career, your skills, and your success.
• Autonomous self-starter who can work on your own initiative, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
• Affinity for digital products and services, with the confidence that digitalisation is key to market growth.
• Skillful at building long-term relationships with traders and key stakeholders.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Ability to travel periodically to our Munich Head Office

Your Mission:

This new role as Country Sales Lead for Italy is a key focus in the businesses drive to expand this region. The role will primarily see you selling to prospects and clients but also comes with management responsibility as we expand and grow the team. You will develop, implement and lead a strategy to drive our presence in the Italian market by establishing key customers in energy and environmental trading, in the gas and power sectors. You will work closely with the Italian market and engage them to become digital leaders in energy trading. Through collaboration with customers in this market, you’ll leverage industry knowledge and insights to develop new markets and opportunities. 

You will be a strong salesperson as well as a collaborative leader, driving a significant portion of enmacc's business. You will drive sales yourself whilst guiding your team to achieve ambitious revenue growth targets in this key segment. You will also provide recommendations on strategies to further develop and expand the Italian markets.

Responsibilities:

Customer Acquisition and Account Management

• Drive enmacc’s growth by developing and executing a revenue strategy to acquire and grow customers across Italy.
• Focus directly on signing new companies yourself and with your team, by identifying and targeting market players in the energy sector, including trading houses, utilities, and industrial companies.
• Lead the sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to closing deals, ensuring a strong pipeline of new business in your region.
• Create market penetration strategies to accelerate enmacc’s presence in the Italian market, with a focus on expanding platform usage among existing corporate and industrial energy buyers.
• Collaborate with product and marketing to refine go-to-market tactics and ensure our value proposition resonates with potential customers in these regions.
• Leverage your industry network to open doors and capitalise on opportunities in Italian energy markets.
• Travel across Italy to represent enmacc at meetings, conferences, and events to enhance brand awareness and drive business opportunities.
• Continuously analyse market trends, competition, and customer needs to refine and optimise sales strategies

Team Leadership

• Whilst directly selling yourself you will also lead, manage and grow our Italian team.
• Translate annual customer acquisition, revenue and growth targets into actionable plans for the team, delivering clear guidance and strong internal collaboration.
• Active participation in the enmacc management team, contributing to responsibilities such as target setting, cultural initiatives, and feedback processes.  

Your Profile:

• 4+ years of experience in the energy trading or procurement space, with a proven track record in B2B sales, account management, or business development in the Italian market.
• Knowledge of Italian energy markets, including electricity, gas, and environmental commodities.
• A network within the energy industry, including relationships with trading houses, corporate buyers, and industrial companies.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, able to thrive in fast-paced environments with high growth potential.
• An effective communicator, fluent in both Italian and English, with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Results-driven, with a hands-on approach and the ability to execute both strategically and tactically.
• A team leader and player, able to inspire and develop a high-performing team.

Your Mission:

Your mission is to create trading success with and for the traders. Your role is to engage and grow the network of traders on enmacc contributing strongly to our goal to play an essential role on every traders desk. You will enable traders to benefit from the huge direct network and from the efficiency of the RFQ trading platform to further grow the liquidity for them. You will ensure traders get the best out of the platform and its future development, while the platform supports you with the trading process itself. 

Your Responsibilities:

• Work closely with traders to define success and help them maximise the value through engaging with the enmacc platform
• Proactively increase number of traders, pitching and giving demos of the enmacc platform
• Increase trading fee revenue (MRR) by effectively managing and growing existing client relationships 
• Work closely with our Product department to contribute to the development of new features and products needed to be successful
• Tackle ad-hoc marketplace management activities and enquiries of traders
• Cooperate with Account Management & Marketing teams to encourage user activities in the marketplace

Your Profile:

• You have 2 or more years experience as a broker, trader or portfolio manager in the energy, commodity or finance industry
• You thrive on pushing boundaries and  you enjoy challenging the status quo to succeed
• You like to be challenged by the traders and your job, with a thirst for learning
