We are seeking a high‑performing Senior Accountant to join our fast‑paced, private‑equity backed healthcare organization. Leverage metrics, KPIs, and executive dashboards to measure recruiting effectiveness.

Partner closely with HR Business Partners and internal stakeholders to align hiring strategies with company goals and values.

Bachelor’s Degree required
5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
3+ years recruiting within Marketing & G&A (strongly preferred)
Experience leading full-cycle recruitment, including executive search
Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leaders
A strategic, innovative mindset—you challenge the status quo
Strong cultural awareness and ability to work across fast-growing organizations
