What you will do:  

As a Senior Scientist on the Analytical Chemistry team, you will serve as a technical leader in the analysis of metals and complex solid matrices, supporting R&D, engineering, and scale-up initiatives. This role owns X-ray-based analytical capabilities (e.g. XRF/XRD), including method development, optimization, and advanced troubleshooting of instrumentation. What we need you to bring to the team:

What you will do:  

As a Controls Engineer III, you will focus on designing and building data acquisition and process control systems for chemical processing. Responsibilities include:

What you will do:  

The Senior Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager will have primary responsibility for the Broomfield site operation’s EHS scope and duties and secondary responsibility for Electra corporate EHS program development. In such capacity, this person will lead the environmental, health, and safety programs at our Broomfield, Colorado manufacturing facility. This individual will play a critical role in assisting with developing safety systems from the ground up, ensuring compliance, and fostering a strong safety culture in a heavy industrial environment.   

Responsibilities include:

Safety Program Development & Compliance 

• Develop and implement EHS programs, policies, and procedures tailored to a chemical and heavy industrial environment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS considerations into operational processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other applicable federal, state, and local regulations
• Ability to serve as a liaison with regulatory agencies and external auditors
• Lead risk assessments, HAZOPs, and job hazard analyses (JHAs) for plant operations 
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses; develop and implement corrective and preventive actions 
• Oversee safe handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous chemicals

What we need you to bring to the team:

As a Senior Mechanical Designer, you will contribute to the design and development of advanced process technology for Electra’s pilot and industrial-scale operations. This position focuses on creating robust, cost-effective mechanical systems that support efficient plant performance and long service life. 

Responsibilities include:

• Design and continuously improve industrial systems and plant layouts using 3D modeling software based on defined design parameters, functional requirements, and equipment lists.
• Integrate components and equipment into complete mechanical and process systems.
• Create and maintain designs for skid-mounted systems, processing tanks, and vessels, including mechanical, process, instrumentation, and automation documentation packages.
• Create and maintain pilot‑plant processing system designs and full documentation packages (mechanical, process, instrumentation, and automation).
• Prepare detailed drawings for weldments, assemblies, and components using CAD tools for both in‑house and vendor manufacturing.
• Use PDM systems to properly control and revise designs and manage standard part libraries.
• Utilize and maintain engineering Vault/PDM systems, including part numbering, data cards, engineering release workflows, and change management.
• Read, understand, and comply with workplace health and safety policies and procedures.

Compensation:   

• The anticipated starting pay range for this position is $100,000-$126,000 and may be more or less depending upon skills, experience, and education.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Supply Chain, the Procurement Director – Capital Projects is responsible for leading procurement and contract management activities across the project delivery phases of Electra’s demonstration and commercial facilities as well as supporting any critical operational procurement projects. This owner-side role will help build and implement company procedures and governance for projects procurement and supply chain management and develop strategic supplier relationships to support long-term project and operational objectives. The role will directly manage key supplier contracts and supplier relationships for Electra, while providing oversight of EPC-led procurement activities 

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for major capital and operational projects, ensuring alignment with project schedules and budgets
• Lead the tendering, negotiation, and award of key contracts directly with the company
• Build and implement supply chain procedures and governance frameworks for capital projects

What you will do:  

The Procurement Operations Buyer II role is responsible for all tactical and transactional procurement activities relating to purchasing of goods and services in support of our business activities. The role takes ownership over the procurement elements of the procurement process and works in conjunction with the other arms of the Procurement and Supply Chain function, as well as Accounting and Finance to ensure seamless procurement process flow. This position involves interfacing with suppliers and internal stakeholders and will support delivery of select procurement related projects. The role is required to assist and support daily interactions with internal stakeholders, conduct spot-buy processes, and facilitate procurement process improvement. The individual will also assist in managing supplier and NetSuite user procurement Compliance as well as the development and institution of best practices, in line with companywide growth objectives. 

Responsibilities include:

• Develop an end-to-end understanding of Electra’s Procurement purchasing process including requisition and purchase order creation, post-order management and invoice payment 
• Support delivery of all aspects of the procurement process including development of best practices for Procurement operations, procurement software enhancements and Procurement process training

The Senior Program Manager will own the planning, coordination, and delivery of Electra’s highest‑priority, cross‑functional programs, ensuring execution rigor of our corporate plan while embedding market and value‑chain insights into decision‑making. What we need you to bring to the team:   

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plan and sales activities to acquire and retain new customers to gain market share and increase overall profits 
• Cover major segments: ECI metal, ECI Metal for specialty end use: battery- Cathode active materials, powders, and EAC’s [environmental attribute certificates] 
• Work in tandem with CCO and Head of GTM Strategy, and Head of Technical marketing, and other key tech team and business team members to develop and execute sales and market strategies, conduct quarterly sales meetings, business reviews, and business plans

What you will do:  

The Manufacturing Cost Controller is a key member of the accounting team, responsible for building and maintaining cost accounting processes, systems, and controls to ensure accurate costing and reporting across manufacturing operations. This role supports both day-to-day activities and future growth by providing visibility into manufacturing costs, inventory, and labor. 

You will own core cost accounting functions, including month-end close support, inventory journal entries and reconciliations, and management reporting. Partnering closely with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain, you will drive cost accuracy, identify efficiencies, and deliver insights that inform product profitability and business decisions.

Responsibilities include:

Electra is seeking a Principal Data Scientist to join our Product team and elevate how we use data to guide product decisions, accelerate learning, and improve system performance and reliability. This role will partner closely with Test Engineering and Reliability Engineering while engaging lab-wide stakeholders across Process, Manufacturing, Quality, R&D, and Operations to build data products, models, and analytical frameworks that scale. 

Responsibilities include:

• Own and evolve Electra’s product data science strategy in partnership with Product leadership, Test, and Reliability teams
• Develop analytical frameworks that connect lab results → product performance → reliability outcomes, enabling informed tradeoffs and faster iteration 
• Establish metrics and leading indicators for product health (e.g., performance, degradation, failure modes, yield, stability) and drive adoption across teams
• Build and deploy advanced models for reliability and product behavior, including (as applicable): Survival analysis / Weibull, degradation modeling, and lifetime prediction
