Position
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director, Information Security to lead our cybersecurity and compliance efforts. Reporting directly to the Vice President, Information Technology the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our sensitive data, protecting our digital assets, and ensuring regulatory compliance across all aspects of our operations.

The ideal candidate is an accomplished cybersecurity leader with a strong track record in information security management. They possess extensive knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, including network security and threat detection. With exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, they are well-equipped to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive information security strategy while fostering a culture of collaboration and security awareness among employees.

The expected salary range for this role is $248,000 to $270,750 depending on skills, competency, and the market demand for your expertise.

Position
We are currently seeking an experienced informatics engineer to contribute to the design, implementation, and development of our informatics processes and systems to support all phases of our research pipelines. You will work closely with our scientists and engineers to capture and manage functional requirements. You will be a core member of a team that is responsible to build scalable solutions to fulfill these requirements that fit into our information ecosystem and ensure the integrity of our data architecture.
About You
You are agile of mind and effectively communicate difficult concepts. You work well within a fast-paced, mission-driven, dynamic environment. You are prepared to tackle a broad selection of challenges as the company grows, and possess a deep desire to pursue creative solutions with broad guidance and a high degree of independence. You can partner with R&D leadership and functional area scientists to proactively identify areas of need, design solutions, prioritize work, coordinate pilot studies, ensure appropriate system usage, and regularly report on system metrics and portfolio execution.
