JOB OVERVIEW:
The Client Executive works with the client and producer to develop the client’s employee benefits strategy and then is responsible for implementation of the strategy and service of the account. The AE oversees the client service team and is responsible for all aspects of client service. This responsibility includes plan design and program management, financial analysis and modeling, providing compliance guidance, managing or providing on-going client support, developing and implementing a communication program and materials, and supervising the team that also supports the client. The AE also uses his or her understanding of client needs and objectives to expand business opportunities and further solidify client relationships and retention.

The national average annual salary for this role is $120,000 – 150,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
