• Design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure across multiple sites.
• Manage and maintain Cisco routers and switches, including configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Administer and optimise FortiGate firewalls, including policies, routing, VPNs, VDOMs, and security profiles.
• Manage FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer for centralised configuration, logging, reporting, and ADOM management.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting across IP networks, including packet‑level analysis and protocol diagnostics.
• Work with data centre providers on cabinet layouts, power requirements, cross‑connects, and media types.
• Coordinate with telecommunications carriers for leased line provisioning, installation, testing, and handover.
• Integrate and support HP Synergy and Supermicro (SMC) SuperServer enclosures, including uplink design, fabric connectivity, and integration into core network infrastructure.
• Maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, and asset records.
• Ensure network security best practices and compliance with organisational standards.

• Minimum of 5 years’ hands‑on experience supporting enterprise networks, routing, switching, and firewall environments.
• Deep technical capability, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work with carriers, datacentres, and internal stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of IP addressing, UDP, TCP/IP and traffic packet flow analysis, troubleshooting skills (TCPDump/Wireshark)
• Routing protocols: BGP, EIGRP, static routing, route redistribution, NAT
• Extensive experience with FortiGate firewalls, including VDOMs and ADOMs, Security policies and profiles,  IPSec VPN, and High availability (HA)
• Proficiency with FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer for centralised management and reporting.
• Strong understanding of at least one operating system: Linux or Windows 
• Experience with HP Synergy and Supermicro SuperServer enclosures, including: Fabric modules and uplink configuration,  Network integration into core switching
• Knowledge of data centre infrastructure: Rack layouts and cabinet standards,  Power (AC/DC, redundant feeds). Cross‑connects and fibre/copper media types
• Experience working with telecom carriers on leased line orders, provisioning, and troubleshooting.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent experience) and Fortinet NSE certifications (NSE4, NSE5, NSE6) are nice to have
• Prior work in high‑frequency trading and financial services is nice to have
• Fluency in English. Mandarin and Cantonese fluency are nice to have

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Business Operations Associate to support the day-to-day operations of our Shanghai Office. This role is critical in supporting the Business Development function and ensuring efficient day-to-day administration of the Shanghai Office. The role is suited to an individual eager to build a career in the financial industry.

Responsibilities and Duties

Office Management & Administration

• Oversee daily office operations to ensure a professional, efficient work environment
• Manage administrative functions, including banking support, accounts payable coordination, and vendor management for office-related services
• Handle office logistics, including supplies procurement, courier services, and visitor reception
• Organise and support employee engagement activities and office events
• Act as a liaison for facilities management and workplace safety

Business Development

• Assist the Business Development Officer in coordinating new and ongoing projects and other initiatives
• Support the onboarding of new brokers and vendors by tracking documentation, scheduling cross-functional meetings, and following up on action items
• Help prepare materials, take minutes, and track deliverables for meetings with internal teams, including Trading, IT, Operations and external partners
• Maintain and update key documentation, including project status trackers, stakeholder contact lists, and process checklists
• Act as a secondary point of contact for operational queries, learning to triage and escalate issues effectively

Due to organic growth, we are looking for a C++ Software Engineer to join our Low Latency Development team which is responsible for the firm’s market links and algorithmic trading system. 

The successful candidate will be a member of the team responsible for developing market links and core components for our in-house developed trading systems. The level of seniority for this role (e.g. mid-senior level) will be commensurate with the relevant experience and qualifications of the selected candidate.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop low latency exchange connectivity and trading algorithms, including quoting, hedging, and arbitrage for listed derivatives and delta one products
• Work closely with quants and traders to define the behavior of trading algorithms
• Develop C++ applications for core trading infrastructure
• Test code thoroughly including automated testing, and actively participate in code reviews
• Provide tier 3 support

• Linux System Administration: Install, configure, patch, and maintain RHEL/Fedora servers.
• Performance & Low‑Latency Tuning: Conduct network, system, and kernel tuning for ultra‑low‑latency workloads; develop benchmarks and monitoring dashboards.
• Scripting & Automation: Write robust Bash, Python, and Perl scripts for routine tasks, diagnostics, and custom tooling.
• Configuration Management: Build and maintain Ansible playbooks or Salt states (Salt preferred); enforce idempotent configurations across hundreds of nodes.
• Virtualisation & Cloud: Deploy and manage Proxmox clusters; create/maintain VMs and containers; integrate with AWS services where applicable.
• Network Engineering: Implement and troubleshoot advanced networking (VLANs, bonding, NIC teaming, SR‑IOV, TCP/UDP tuning, QoS). Cisco networking and Fortinet experience is a plus.
• Storage Engineering: Manage and troubleshoot SAN and NAS storage solutions and block‑level storage using iSCSI. Perform LUN masking, multipathing, and performance tuning for Linux hosts. HPE SAN experience a plus.
• Incident Response: Provide timely response to production incidents; some after‑hours/weekend work is required.
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Produce clear runbooks, SOPs, and technical documentation; mentor junior engineers.
• Security & Compliance: Apply hardening guidelines, manage SELinux where required, and support audit requirements.

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of professional Linux engineering experience (RHEL/Fedora).
• Strong problem‑solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a proactive attitude toward automation and improvement.
• Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls).
• System, kernel, and network performance tuning (including low‑latency).
• Hands‑on experience with Proxmox (preferred) or comparable platforms (KVM, VMware).

• Proven experience with Ansible or Salt (Salt preferred).
• Experience with container technologies (Docker, LXC/LXD).

• Experience with Windows networking.
• Working knowledge of AWS services (EC2, VPC, S3) is nice to have.
