As a Senior Group Product Manager you will lead the strategy, vision, and execution of EBANX's payment solutions. This is a senior leadership role that sits at the intersection of product strategy, commercial growth, and team development. You will own the product direction for Brazil payments end-to-end, while simultaneously building and nurturing a high-performing team of product managers.

What your day-to-day will look like

Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and own the multi-year product strategy for our payment solutions, aligned with EBANX's global ambitions and local market dynamics;
• Translate business objectives into a compelling, prioritized roadmap that balances short-term commercial wins with long-term platform investments;
• Act as the executive voice of the Brazil payments product across the organization — from C-level alignment to cross-functional execution;
• Identify emerging market trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive movements to proactively shape product direction;

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of ownership, curiosity, and customer obsession;
• Set clear expectations, provide ongoing coaching, and drive career development for each team member;
• Establish effective product practices across the team — discovery, delivery, go-to-market, and performance monitoring;
• Create clarity on roles, responsibilities, and decision-making frameworks to enable the team to operate with autonomy;

Commercial Impact & Cross-functional Alignment

• Partner closely with commercial, operations, finance, legal, compliance, marketing, and engineering to build scalable, compliant, high-impact solutions;
• Drive go-to-market strategy for new payment methods and features — including pricing, positioning, enablement, and performance tracking;
• Be the connective tissue between merchant feedback, local market insight, and global product direction;
• Own key performance metrics (TPV, revenue, cost of payment, margins) and drive continuous improvement across the payment funnel;

Discovery & Delivery Excellence

• Champion a rigorous discovery process across the team — competitive analysis, customer research, data-driven insights, and stakeholder input;
• Oversee full product lifecycle management from ideation and discovery through to delivery, launch, and iteration;
• Ensure the team maintains a healthy balance between discovery work, backlog quality, and delivery execution;
• Define and evolve product metrics frameworks to measure success and inform iteration at both team and portfolio level.
  
  

What you need to shine in this role

• Proven track record leading product teams in payments, fintech, or high-growth tech environments — with measurable business impact;
• Deep knowledge of the payments ecosystem in Brazil and/or Latin America: acquirers, issuers, schemes, APMs, PSPs, settlement, FX, and regulatory landscape;
• Strong people leadership skills — experience hiring, coaching, and developing product managers;
• Exceptional business acumen: able to connect product strategy to revenue, unit economics, and market positioning;
• Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across commercial, engineering, legal, and operations;
• Strong track record of operating in global and multicultural organizations;
• Hands-on experience across the full product lifecycle: discovery, roadmap prioritization, delivery, go-to-market, and performance tracking;

• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus;
• Experience working cross-functionally in a global and multicultural environment;

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to drive consensus and influence across teams;

Our team leads the end-to-end strategy, performance, and evolution of payment methods across Latin America, including cards, bank-based payments, wallets, and real-time schemes. We own the regional roadmap and ensure each country has strong, reliable, high-performing payment solutions for EBANX’s global merchants.

This specific role is focused on Mexico, where our top priority is Performance.

What your day-to-day will look like

• Diagnose, prioritize, and execute initiatives that improve approval rates and conversion for cards and APMs in Mexico;

• Reduce transaction costs and eliminate single points of failure through redundancy, multiple acquirers, smart routing, and technical optimizations;

• Strengthen our capabilities with partners like EVO, BBVA and local APM providers, ensuring readiness for high volumes and complex merchants;

• Understand merchant pain points end-to-end and convert them into clear product improvements and performance actions;

How the team connects with the business

• Work closely with Product Engineering to build, optimize, and measure technical solutions that directly impact conversion;

• Align with Country Growth Mexico to solve merchant-specific issues and unlock share of wallet growth;

• Partner with Commercial, Revenue Management, Operations, Compliance, and Legal to ensure readiness, pricing alignment, regulatory compliance, and stable performance at scale;

• Engage regularly with strategic merchants to identify bottlenecks, gather performance insights, and prioritize improvements;

As a Product Manager for Payments Mandates & Regulatory Readiness, your mission will be to build and lead EBANX’s strategy for scheme and regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for creating a unified product-owned governance model that ensures readiness, visibility, and proactive execution of all Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and regulatory requirements that impact our payments capabilities.
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, and our global merchant base. You will play a critical part in enabling EBANX to scale safely, maintain performance, unlock new features, and operate with predictability in fast-evolving markets.

Your day-to-day impact:

• Define the vision, framework, and processes for mandates and regulatory readiness across all markets;
• Build a centralized governance model that brings structure, visibility, and ownership to scheme and regulatory requirements;
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, compliance, legal, ops, and country teams to assess impact, scope solutions, and ensure on-time delivery;
• Track the evolving landscape of scheme mandates, regulatory changes, and technical requirements, anticipating their implications for EBANX;
• Prioritize mandates and compliance initiatives based on risk, business impact, and market strategy;
