Your role with us
Own the full sales cycle from first conversation through to close across KICK’s advertising inventory, including display, video, sponsorships and programmatic. Focus spans pipeline development, deal execution and commercial strategy within a creator-led streaming environment. Strong digital advertising knowledge and commercial instinct will shape how opportunities are structured and grown. Close collaboration with Product, Partnerships and Engineering ensures commercial ideas become practical, platform-ready solutions.

What you will do:
Ad Sales & Commercial Growth
- Own the end-to-end ad sales cycle, from prospecting through to negotiation and close, while consistently exceeding revenue targets
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline in Placements.io, delivering accurate forecasting and clear visibility across all stages
- Craft compelling pitches, media kits, and tailored commercial solutions, including sponsorships, insertion orders and custom integrations
Partnerships & Market Engagement
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with brands, agencies, platforms and tech partners, representing KICK in all commercial conversations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to expand creator-led offerings and unlock new revenue opportunities across the ecosystem
Commercial Execution & Enablement
- Translate ideas into execution by partnering with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Partnerships to deliver commercial initiatives
- Build business cases, pricing models and forecasts, while tracking performance and ROI to inform decision-making
What you will bring:
- We’re open to candidates with 3–6 years’ experience in ad sales, business development, commercial strategy, partnerships or revenue operations
- Successful track record selling ads for a large published or media / digital agency
- Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and close revenue-generating deals
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including negotiation and presentation experience
- Commercial acumen, with comfort working across financial modelling, forecasting and commercial frameworks
- Experience working cross-functionally in a high-growth or startup environment
Bonus points if you also have:
- Experience with ad sales platforms and CRM/OMS tools (Placements.io or similar)
- Familiarity with platform or creator ecosystems, ideally in streaming, entertainment or tech
- Understanding of digital advertising fundamentals, including display, video, sponsorship and programmatic
- Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack
- Experience selling in overseas markets and have established overseas connections in the ads industry
- Experience selling to multiple verticals and industries
- Can proficiently speak, read and write in another language

What you will do:
- Coordination of our URL communities:
- Adoption: Drive product usage on X, Instagram, Reddit, and KICK, using replies, direct messages, and bounties to do so.
- Loyalty: Foster parasocial relationships on Discord by personifying our avatars.
- Coordination of our IRL communities.
- Advocacy: Reach friends of fans at events like DreamHack, CCXP, and Comic Con.
- Curation of community insights that the business can action.
- Creation of English and Spanish marketing collateral in collaboration with our Content and Design teams.
- Custodianship of the brand’s tone of voice.
What you will bring:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Familiarity with X, Instagram, Reddit, and Discord.
- An interest in gaming, sports, television, and internet culture.
- In tune with Gen Z.
- A viewer or streamer of streams
Bonus points if you also have:
- Understanding of customer service.
- Comfortable using Adobe Suite or similar production software.

Your Role with Us:
As an integral part of KICK’s growth, this role will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new streaming talent within the MENA region. You will build strong partner relationships with these streamers, and help them achieve their streaming goals aimed at growing their Arabic speaking audience. You will work with various inhouse teams to develop and execute strategies that help us continue to innovate and expand our platform while shaping the future for KICK content.

What you will do:
- Be the primary contact for Arabic speaking Streaming Partners for all areas (programming, marketing, finance) to manage activities such as content promotions, new user acquisition opportunities, partner payments, and reporting.
- Implement partner hand-off, once a deal has been completed and work with the partner to build an account plan to support each party’s commitments under the agreement.
- Manage onboarding of new channel partners for our MENA market and Arabic speaking audience; including channel set-up, content ingestion and publishing process, teaching partners how to use the dashboard and related CMS features.
- Surface sponsorships opportunities to partner by working with Ad Sales teams.
- Log and track partner account status within KICK’s backend, regularly report metrics against established goals for each partnership
- Identify and build strategic growth strategies for newly onboarded partners.
- Work with Product teams to identify new products (i.e. Extensions, Co-streaming with KICK influencers) that add value and audience to the partners’ content on KICK
What you will bring:
- At least 2+ years of strategic account management or other relevant client relations
- Sales and/or marketing experience
- Knowledgeable about the streaming industry and its ecosystem, particularly in the MENA region
- Must be fluent in both Arabic and English, verbally and written
