This role supports mission execution by helping develop, justify, track, and report resources across annual and multi-year funding cycles.

Responsibilities:

Tracks funding actions through required review and approval channels, verifies transactions align to approved purpose and timing, and resolves discrepancies through research and stakeholder coordination. Identifies execution risks early and elevates options for corrective action.
• Reporting and Briefing Materials. Develops and supports routine and ad hoc resource status products to enable internal reviews and senior leader decision forums. Produces execution summaries, variance explanations, and adjustment justifications; prepares clear briefings and presentations; and ensures consistency across narratives, tables, and underlying source data. Delivers products that are concise for leadership consumption while retaining the supporting detail required to withstand scrutiny and follow-on questions.
• Requirements and Documentation Support. Develops and supports analysis of new and ongoing fiscal requirements and prepares standard funding documentation needed to execute program objectives. Produces summaries that integrate performance, cost, and schedule to support leadership understanding and decision-making.

Requirements:

• US. Citizen
• Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance
• Master’s degree or equivalent expertise in a relevant field (e.g., finance, accounting, business, public administration, management, or related discipline)
• 10+ years of experience supporting DoD resource management functions (planning/programming/budgeting/execution, financial management, or closely related work)
• Demonstrated experience in the following areas:
  • Budget formulation and budget execution support, including development of resource requirements, preparation of budget/program materials, and execution monitoring (e.g., distribution, commitments, obligations, expenditures).
  • Briefing senior leaders using clear, defensible financial and program analysis, including preparation of executive-ready presentations and talking points for decision forums.

Dynamis is seeking an Intelligence Analyst to provide comprehensive support to the SEVP School Certification Unit, with a primary focus on strengthening the tracking of foreign students and exchange visitors within the United States and mitigating fraud vulnerabilities. These efforts encompass technical, analytical and adjudication support across key SEVP operational processes

• Work is deemed mission essential and will be expected to continue during government shutdowns.

Operating within an embedded team environment alongside HSI special agents, the Junior Criminal Analyst assists in the systematic examination of employment documents, business records, and government data indices in direct support of national and international worksite enforcement investigative programs.

Responsibilities:

• Assist senior investigators and team leads in reviewing and analyzing employer I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification forms, payroll records, corporate filings, and other employment-related documentation for compliance with federal immigration employment statutes.
• Support the review and cross-referencing of data from government computer indices to identify anomalies, patterns, or discrepancies relevant to active or developing investigations.
• Contribute to the preparation of case summaries, analytical reports, and findings documentation in support of worksite enforcement investigative efforts.
• Participate in liaison activities supporting national and international investigative programs and initiatives

Responsibilities:

• Provide review of FOIA/PA records (OFAC equities and other outside Federal Agency equities)
• Provide FOIA/PA review for simple, complex and or fast track FOIA/PA requests
• Respond to referral/consultation requests from outside federal agencies submitting requests to OFAC/Treasury for review of their records encompassing Treasury equities for referral or consultation and response back to the requesting agency
