We’re looking for a talented Media Administration Senior Lead who expects more from their career. Sitting within the Tesco Media Administration team, this role will lead and develop a high‑performing team of Media Admin Assistants, owning the end‑to‑end campaign booking and financial administration process across various platforms. By driving operational excellence, standardised ways of working and on‑time, accurate revenue and billing delivery, this role is critical to ensuring Tesco Media can scale efficiently, deliver against revenue targets, and maintain strong financial governance as the business continues to grow.

What you'll be working on

Operational leadership

Own day‑to‑day workflow, ensuring accurate campaign bookings, pipeline build and billing.
Embed standardised ways of working and scale best practice, including automation opportunities.
Maintain data accuracy and consistency across our internal tools and Salesforce.
Track and report on key KPIs including revenue delivery, billing timeliness and accuracy.
Drive process improvements to improve efficiency, accuracy and scalability.
Ensure compliance with Tesco Media policies, financial controls and audits.

People management

Lead, coach and develop a team of Media Admin Assistants.
Build a collaborative, high‑performing team aligned to Tesco Media values.
Support hiring, onboarding and training to maintain consistent standards.
Partner with the Group Head on resourcing and prioritisation.
Manage day‑to‑day support and escalations, resolving issues quickly and clearly.

Cross‑functional collaboration

Partner with Sales, Account Management, Media Client Services and Finance across campaign and billing delivery.
Own credit and rebills, ensuring accurate revenue recognition at month end.
Support system and process change through testing, training and change management.

What we expect from you:

Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring a small team, with a focus on coaching and performance management.
Proven experience in media operations, campaign administration or commercial support within a media or retail media environment is strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of campaign booking systems and workflow tools.
Proficiency in Salesforce or equivalent CRM/financial systems.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly around data accuracy and process optimisation.
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Collaborative mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.

We’re looking for a talented Account Manager who is passionate about working in Retail Media with the UKs largest retailer.

The Account Manager is a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver, with a deep understanding of all Tesco Media & Insights channels and ad solutions. Central to this role will be to lead the planning, delivery and reporting of our client’s media and measurement campaigns. You will be responsible for supporting key client relationships, providing consultative product and solution recommendations through technical and analytical expertise. The Account Manager partners with sales Client Partners to build relationships and drive long-term revenue. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong client servicing, underpinned by consultative sales and analytical skills.

Key Accountabilities

Support the achievement of quarterly + yearly revenue goals and growth strategy for key FMCG partners.
Guide media / channel strategy and planning for our advertiser partners, working with both client direct and their agency partners.
Leverage data and insights to deliver innovative, best-in-class retail media activations across the Tesco Media & Insights platform.
Drive deeper partnership engagement through scaled coverage across key stakeholders (Shopper, Brand, Digital, Media, Commerce & Loyalty teams).
Partner internally with Sales Client Partners, Media Enablement and Data Analysts to deliver against KPIs, driving business outcomes.
Navigate complex cross channel projects with multiple stakeholders both internally & externally.
Recommend and oversee client measurement strategy, analysing and presenting results.
Identifying and communicating performance trends and insights to guide upsell / optimization recommendations with advertisers.
Product expert across Tesco Media & Insights ad eco-system, driving client adoption of media channels
Be confident challenging client strategy to maximise the role Tesco Media and Insights platform plays in delivering meaningful business outcomes.

What we expect from you:

2 years + experience in the advertising industry, either in media sales / retail media, and/or media agency.
Passion for Retail Media and Tesco Media & Insights platform products and services.
Extensive knowledge of brand, performance & digital marketing ecosystem’s and performance metrics.
Skilled in the use of Excel / Powerpoint, with experience managing complex data-sets and insights.
Results-driven, self-motivated and highly goal-oriented in order exceed targets.
Confident communicator and presenter, comfortable in fast-paced environments.
A consultative style with the ability to understand clients’ business needs and position solutions in a timely and personalised way.
Ability to work in a fast-moving company and be adaptable to change.
A team player with the ability to collaborate with internal departments and teams.

Minimum qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any subject
Fluent English
