We are a small development team within DRW supporting multiple web-based GUIs used by traders and IT across the globe. Our code is primarily written in TypeScript, utilizing Node, NestJS, and Docker for back-end microservices; React powers the front-end.
We're seeking a Senior JavaScript/TypeScript Engineer to join our team as we scale to more users within the company. The position offers the opportunity to work on both front-end and back-end code, tight feedback with users, and opportunity to influence the design and architecture of a growing system.

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and operate research and production infrastructure for mid-frequency equity statistical arbitrage strategies.
This is a hands-on engineering role with ownership across the full trading stack, including data ingestion, research tooling, back testing, production strategy deployment, execution integration, real-time monitoring, diagnostics, and post-trade analysis.

About the Team
DRW's Prediction Markets Desk is a new trading desk building trading across prediction market venues. The desk is looking for engineers who want to own critical systems in a fast-moving, high-autonomy environment. We embed deeply with quantitative researchers and traders to turn pricing models, risk frameworks, and trade lifecycle requirements into scalable, reliable production systems.
About the Role
Software Engineers on the Prediction Markets Desk will build systems that take the desk from idea to production trading, including real-time pricing input pipelines, middle office, cross-venue reconciliation, and risk.

The annual base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $225,000 depending on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and relevant skill set. The position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. We are seeking a Quantitative AI Strategist to join our quantitative analytics team. This is a front-office role at the intersection of quantitative finance, AI, and product development — focused on building and evolving the firm’s AI-powered research and analytics platform.
The platform helps traders, researchers, analysts, and risk managers move from questions to actionable insight by unifying analytics, data, and research. Your job is to make it indispensable — by working directly with trading desks to understand their workflows, building the quantitative and AI capabilities they need to generate better ideas and make better decisions, and partnering with software engineers to deliver them at production quality.

The Unified Platform - Risk team is looking for an outstanding Senior Software Engineer with diverse technical and interpersonal skills to join us in the next step of our development as we significantly expand our technical capabilities, enabling us to have an even greater impact across the firm.
This team builds and maintains services which:
- calculate portfolio sensitivities and value-at-risk (VaR) across many asset classes
- predict theoretical market outcomes based on user-defined what-if scenarios
- return risk reports for any time horizon
We collaborate closely with risk managers and trading desks to measure option and rate sensitivities and create applications to monitor, manage, and report analytic measures. While previous experience in the trading and finance industry is beneficial, we're looking for talented software engineers with or without industry-specific expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing and maintaining greenfield and legacy API, service, and application platforms
- Testing at the unit, functional, and integration level
- Code in multiple languages, paradigms, and platforms
- Collaborating with various business, development, IT, and trading support teams
- Provide on-call support as part of our team-wide rotation

Qualifications:

We are looking for a Trading Systems Engineer, to join our Cumberland team. In this role you’ll have an opportunity to employ your extensive skills while helping solve complex technical problems. You’ll work closely with trading, infrastructure and software development teams to provide smooth support for our technology. We’ll ask you to communicate directly with counterparties, exchanges, traders and developers to iron out any problems that arise.
What you’ll be working on:
• Work as part of a team to establish best-in-class production support, efficient software deployment, configuration processes, and proactive monitoring, with a goal of anticipating and avoiding issues before they occur, minimizing downtime and quick recovery from any incidents.
• Maintaining the health and availability of a world class trading eco-system with a goal of minimizing downtime
• Responding to support requests from our traders and software engineers
• Liaising with external trading partners, such as financial exchanges and clearing firms, to resolve technical problem
• Collaborate with traders, DBAs, development, back office, QA, infrastructure, technical support, business development and various management teams around the globe to ensure continuity and consistency of support in a 24x7 environment
• Build documentation for common procedures, troubleshooting scenarios and system architecture
You will be right at home if you:
• Have 2+ years working in the financial industry
• Have a Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related field
