About the Role

We are building a more efficient, intelligent, and AI-enabled People Operating System. As a Senior People Process Optimization Strategist, you will drive the execution of process transformation initiatives that improve the end-to-end employee experience across DoorDash and Wolt.

You’ll own workstreams within a broader transformation roadmap, identifying inefficiencies, redesigning processes, and implementing scalable, tech-enabled solutions. This role is equal parts process design, execution, and change management: success is not just delivering solutions, but ensuring they are adopted and deliver measurable impact.

You will partner closely with COEs, People Business Partners, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams globally, and report to the Senior Manager, People Process Transformation and Continuous Improvement.

• Own and execute process transformation initiatives across People functions (e.g., HR, Talent Acquisition, onboarding, lifecycle processes)
• Analyze current-state processes to identify inefficiencies, root causes, and automation opportunities
• Redesign workflows using continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to reduce friction and cycle times
• Partner with Product and Engineering to deliver scalable, tech-enabled solutions
• Drive change management for new processes, including stakeholder alignment, communication, and rollout planning
• Assess change impacts, identify risks, and build mitigation plans to support successful implementation
• Develop enablement materials (e.g., playbooks, training, guidance) to ensure teams can effectively adopt new processes
• Define and track success metrics (e.g., time savings, SLA improvements, quality, adoption) and iterate based on results
• Facilitate cross-functional working sessions to align on requirements and move initiatives forward
• Build and maintain dashboards or reporting to monitor process performance and identify gaps
• Ensure solutions are intuitive, scalable, and drive sustained behavior change and improved employee experience

We’re excited about you because…

• 4–8+ years of experience in process transformation, continuous improvement, or operations (HR/People experience a plus)
• Hands-on experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies (certification a plus, not required)
• Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements (e.g., reduced cycle time, cost savings, increased quality or adoption)
• Experience driving or supporting change management and adoption of new processes, systems, or tools
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and translate insights into practical solutions
• Comfort working cross-functionally with business, operations, and technical stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to define success metrics and measure impact
• Clear communicator who can influence without direct authority and translate complex changes into actionable guidance

About the Role

We are looking for someone who will help guide our global strategy. You will be a strategic advisor to important partners across DoorDash to ensure we are making the most efficient investment and capital allocation decisions across the geographies in which we operate while improving the experience for all of our marketplace participants. You will help lead financial reporting and planning, and will guide financial insights and direction for our operational decisions and strategies.

This role reports to a Senior Director in our Finance & Strategy organization and is remote-friendly within the United States.

• Partner with senior leadership to help guide and run our Digital Ordering business, implementing, measuring and optimizing the SaaS and transactional components of the business
• Own the global financial performance picture for this business line and understand the levers to optimize our approach to balancing global growth vs. profitability
• Track and analyze key business/financial KPIs, including SaaS specific metrics, uncover trends and assess current/future business risks and opportunities 
• Support DoorDash’s quarterly financial planning, collaborate with cross functional business partners to identify growth areas and business priorities.

• 9+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Consulting at a high-growth technology startup or well-established company, including at least 3+ years of SaaS/Software experience. Restaurant tech experience, including Point of Sale, a plus. 
• Experience working with (and presenting to) Cross-functional Senior Stakeholders
• Thrives when building & incubating newer businesses – creating frameworks, templates, metrics and longer-range goals to leverage for your line of business
• Specific experience partnering with Go-to-Market teams and implementing SaaS unit economics, metrics and tracking (MRR, NRR/GRR/Churn, LTV:CAC, GTM performance indicators)
• Advanced Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and financial modeling skills. Experience building financial models used by teams throughout the company, and to size the impacts of opportunities and business cases for pursuing new projects
• Experience using analytics & AI tools. Experience manipulating large datasets, uncover hidden insights in our data, and improve our understanding of our business through this process

We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Security Compliance Specialist to play a key role in scaling and maturing DoorDash’s global compliance program. Reporting to the Security Compliance Manager, you will lead the execution of internal and external audits (e.g., SOC 1, SOC 2, PCI DSS), acting as the primary liaison with auditors and ensuring a high standard of audit readiness across the organization. 

In addition to audit leadership, you will support the evolution of our compliance framework by contributing to the development of policies, standards, and control design, while helping to embed measurable and scalable compliance processes across the business. 

This role is ideal for someone who brings deep audit and assurance expertise, enjoys operating hands-on, and can influence both program direction and stakeholder behavior without direct ownership of the overall program.

• 7+ years of experience in security compliance, GRC, or technology risk, with a strong track record in high-growth, technology-driven, or regulated environments. 
• Significant experience leading external audits (e.g., SOC 1, SOC 2, PCI DSS), including acting as a primary contact for auditors and managing audit lifecycles end-to-end. 
• Proven ability to drive readiness and manage the full audit lifecycle, including planning, evidence collection, control testing, and remediation tracking.
• Strong experience implementing and assessing controls across common frameworks such as PCI DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST CSF. 
• Demonstrated ability to identify control gaps, assess risk, and drive remediation in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders. 
• Experience developing, implementing, or improving security policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring they are practical and aligned to real-world controls. 
• Strong understanding of compliance metrics and reporting, with the ability to track control effectiveness, audit outcomes, and risk exposure. 
• Ability to influence and drive accountability across technical and non-technical stakeholders without direct authority. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex audit and compliance requirements into clear, actionable guidance. 
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members, contributing to raising the overall capability of the team.  
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. 
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, or CRISC (desired).
