Summary
The AI Intern will join the Technology team to design and implement intelligent solutions that make work smoother, smarter, and more efficient across the organization. Summary
DivcoWest is seeking a knowledgeable and responsible building operations & engineering professional to join our Property Management Team. As the Senior Operations Manager, you will plan, implement, coordinate, and manage all mechanical operations, maintenance, communications, energy management, and engineering staff programs for the assigned properties owned/managed by DivcoWest. You will be responsible for oversight of third-party engineering (Union and Non-union) as well as physical operational oversight at the properties. You will be working in daily collaboration with the on-site property management teams and asset management team. You will be working with and reporting directly to the remotely located Director of Engineering.
This is a full-time role requiring five (5) days on-site at our San Francisco, California properties. Attendance at or remote availability in the evenings or weekends may be required for projects and/or emergency situations.
