The Role:
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our Americas team and help accelerate pipeline across our highest-priority markets. Reporting into the Americas Campaign Manager, you’ll take ownership of the programmes and channels that move prospects through the funnel from first touch to conversion and beyond.
Day-to-day, this means running digital-first ABM campaigns to win new accounts, nurturing our existing user community to drive activation and retention, and supporting field and event activity across the region. You’ll work closely with Sales to keep marketing tightly connected to revenue goals, and collaborate with the broader global marketing team to ensure everything you do is consistent with our brand and product story.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is equally comfortable analysing campaign data as they are briefing creative. If you thrive in a fast-moving environment, know how to build demand through a multi-channel mix and want to make a direct impact on business growth, we’d love to hear from you.

This is the the basic salary range for U.S. based candidates: USD $80-90,000
Compensation for candidates based outside the U.S. will be determined in line with local market benchmarks and internal equity

This role is focused on influencing large-scale, complex opportunities at the specification stage, ensuring Disguise is positioned early in the project lifecycle to shape requirements, build strategic relationships, and secure high-value deals.

About the role
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist based in the Atlanta office to serve as a key point of contact for help desk requests across our global offices. This is a hands-on role combining both desk-side and remote support, ensuring timely and effective resolution of IT issues for teams worldwide.
What you will do
Provide first- and second-line technical support to users across global offices, both remotely and in person
Act as a primary point of contact for help desk requests, ensuring timely resolution and excellent user experience
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across Windows, macOS, and common business applications
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access across core systems (e.g. Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack)
Set up, configure, and maintain laptops, workstations, and mobile devices
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for new starters and leavers
Monitor and manage ticket queues, prioritising and escalating issues where necessary
Maintain accurate documentation of systems, processes, and common fixes
Collaborate with IT engineers to resolve complex issues and improve support processes
Contribute to continuous improvement of IT services, tools, and user support standards
Experience we are looking for
Proven experience in an IT support or help desk role
Hands-on experience supporting Google Workspace (G Suite) and/or Microsoft Azure environments
Experience managing users and permissions in tools such as Slack, Google Admin, and Azure AD
Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and macOS environments
Experience with endpoint management / MDM tools (e.g. Intune, Kandji, or similar)
Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g. Jira Service Management, Zendesk, Freshservice)
Understanding of network fundamentals (Wi-Fi, VPNs, DNS, basic troubleshooting)
Experience setting up and supporting laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
Ability to support a remote / hybrid and globally distributed workforce
Strong communication skills with a focus on user experience and clear problem-solving

About the role:
The Senior Support Engineer is a crucial role in the customer experience team. The customer experience team focuses on providing the best customer interactions throughout the disguise journey. You will be assisting users working on large scale shows using our hardware and software. At times you will be working to tight deadlines, troubleshooting issues that are time critical.
Our customers are industry leaders (such as Netflix, Disney, Eurosport) who are producing the most interesting, groundbreaking visual experiences. At times you will be working to tight deadlines and troubleshooting issues that are time critical.
You will be exposed to the full breadth of technology needed to create a successful show (inc and not limited to stage projection, Xr workflows, and our software). We want you to be a highly motivated and positive person looking to push yourself and the team to offer industry-leading levels of support.
