We are seeking an experienced, self starting, (US - North East based) Account Executive to join our highly ambitious Commercial team.
You will have a focus on identifying and generating opportunities with market leaders within the logistics industry to showcase our transformational technology. You will be responsible for ensuring the growth of our pipeline, keeping a keen eye out for opportunities and solution evangelism while helping with continuous improvement of the sales cycle.
Taking a team- based approach to consultative selling, you’ll partner with our Commercial Implementation/Solutions, Product and Marketing teams to ensure a world class end-to-end client experience.

We have a new opportunity for a Revenue Enablement Manager to help our revenue teams win—consistently and at scale. As we accelerate growth over the next 24 months, you’ll make sure our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams have the insights, tools, and training they need to perform at a high level every day.
You’ll sit within RevOps and partner closely with our GTM Engineer to turn systems and data into clear, actionable intelligence that drives pipeline, improves win rates, and increases revenue predictability.
What You’ll Do
Drive Commercial Intelligence
Turn data into action. You’ll analyze pipeline, win/loss trends, and forecasting accuracy to deliver insights that help teams close more deals and build stronger pipelines.
Enable Sales Performance
Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing enablement programs that ramp reps faster and reinforce best practices. You’ll continuously refine content based on feedback and performance data.
Build Winning Playbooks
Create and maintain high-impact playbooks across the full sales cycle—prospecting, upsell, expansion, and renewals—so reps know exactly what “great” looks like and how to execute it.
Own Data Quality
Ensure our CRM and tools reflect reality. You’ll drive data hygiene and consistency across the tech stack so leadership can trust the numbers and reps can rely on clean data.
Align Teams Across the Funnel
Partner cross-functionally on GTM initiatives to streamline handoffs, improve collaboration, and deliver a better customer experience end-to-end.

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Service Lead to scale our North American service operation (with travel across North America and global sites as required).
This isn’t a role where you inherit a mature function—you’ll shape it. From defining how service is delivered, to leading technicians in the field, to influencing product improvements through real-world feedback, you’ll sit at the intersection of engineering, operations, and customer success.
You’ll start by getting hands-on with our systems—training across production and service to deeply understand how our robots are built, deployed, and maintained. From there, you’ll take ownership of fleet performance, uptime, and the entire service experience across the region.
If you’re motivated by building, solving complex technical challenges, and leading from the front, this role will put you right where the action is!
