What You’ll Do
As the Specialty Treatment Manager, you will take full ownership of specialty treatment coordination across multiple clinics and visiting specialists. Your focus is to design, organize, and optimize high-volume clinical days that run efficiently, consistently, and at a high standard of patient care.
- Lead the coordination and execution of specialty treatment days across multiple clinics
- Own end-to-end scheduling to ensure the right patients, procedures, and providers are aligned
- Partner closely with clinics, specialists, and internal teams to build structured, high-performing treatment days
- Ensure patients are fully informed, prepared, and confident before their appointments
- Monitor and optimize schedules to maximize chair utilization and clinical efficiency
- Troubleshoot scheduling challenges proactively to keep operations running smoothly
- Continuously improve workflows to enhance both patient experience and operational output
