Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and site-focused Mechanical Engineer to support the delivery of data center projects through hands-on supervision, inspection, and verification of mechanical system installations.
This onsite role will focus primarily on HVAC and chilled water systems, ensuring contractor works are executed in accordance with approved designs, specifications, quality requirements, and project standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in monitoring construction progress, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, supporting commissioning readiness, and contributing to phased handover activities in mission-critical environments.
The ideal candidate will bring strong mechanical site supervision experience, solid technical knowledge of HVAC and chilled water systems, and familiarity with data center cooling requirements, redundancy concepts, phased turnovers, and live environment works.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and verify contractor installation of mechanical systems across data center construction activities.
- Confirm compliance with approved design documents, project specifications, quality requirements, and applicable installation standards.
- Oversee installation activities related to chilled water piping, CRAH/CRAC units, pumps, valves, expansion systems, and heat rejection equipment.
- Review contractor submissions, including mechanical shop drawings, P&IDs, method statements, ITPs, risk assessments, and installation documentation.
- Provide technical comments and coordinate resolution of mechanical design, installation, and quality issues.
- Coordinate mechanical interfaces with electrical, CSA, ICT, controls, and BMS teams to ensure alignment across disciplines.
- Verify flushing, pressure testing, system cleanliness, and compliance with OEM installation and startup requirements.
- Support OEM coordination activities and ensure contractor installation practices meet manufacturer requirements.
- Track construction progress and flag schedule, access, resource, and coordination risks impacting mechanical works.
- Participate in site meetings, OAC meetings, coordination reviews, and progress discussions.
- Communicate discipline-specific risks, constraints, and mitigation actions to project stakeholders.
- Witness pre-functional checks, OEM startups, and support integrated systems testing activities.
- Support temporary cooling strategies, phased system turnovers, isolation planning, and commissioning readiness activities.
- Support progress validation for contractor payment applications by verifying completed mechanical works.
- Assist with punch list preparation, closure tracking, as-built drawing review, and handover documentation.
- Support the identification, review, and closure of mechanical NCRs, deviations, and field change requests.
Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven experience in mechanical site supervision, inspection, and contractor installation monitoring.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, chilled water systems, and related mechanical infrastructure.
- Experience reviewing mechanical shop drawings, P&IDs, method statements, ITPs, and system schematics.
- Strong understanding of construction quality verification, field inspections, pressure testing, flushing, and system cleanliness requirements.
- Ability to coordinate effectively across mechanical, electrical, CSA, ICT, controls, and BMS interfaces.
- Experience supporting commissioning readiness, pre-functional checks, OEM startups, and handover activities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to report technical issues, risks, progress updates, and constraints clearly.
Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced construction environment with contractors, consultants, OEMs, and client representatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Risk Management Framework (RMF) for hyperscale data center programs, aligned with PMC delivery requirements and client expectations.
- Lead risk identification workshops with Stakeholders, facilitate structured risk registers and maintain live risk logs throughout all project phases.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative risk assessments (Monte Carlo simulations, FMEA, risk scoring matrices) for schedule, cost, and technical risks across the assigned project(s).
- Develop and track risk mitigation plans, monitor residual risks, and escalate critical items to the PMC leadership and client stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Integrate risk outputs with cost management (CAPEX/OPEX) and schedule controls, ensuring risk contingency provisions are reflected in project baselines and forecasts.
- Develop and maintain risk dashboards, monthly risk reports, and executive briefings for clients and key stakeholders.
- Assess contractual and procurement risks across EPC/lump-sum and remeasurement contracts, advising on risk allocation, insurance requirements, and change management implications.
- Interface with technical teams, independent engineers, and authority representatives to ensure compliance-related risks are identified and mitigated.
Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or related discipline); PMP, PMI-RMP, or equivalent risk/project management certification strongly preferred.
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in risk management roles on large-scale infrastructure or mission-critical projects.
- Proven experience developing and managing risk registers, risk management plans, and contingency analysis within a PMC or PMO environment.
- Proficiency in quantitative risk analysis tools such as Primavera Risk Analysis (Pertmaster), @RISK, or equivalent; strong command of cost and schedule risk integration.
- Experience working in or with GCC markets (KSA / UAE); and regional regulatory authorities is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present risk findings clearly to senior client stakeholders, C-suite, and technical teams alike.
Nice to Have
- Experience on hyperscaler programs or data centers projects
- Arabic language proficiency (spoken and/or written) is an advantage for stakeholder engagement in KSA/UAE.

Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Controller to support project documentation activities across construction, infrastructure, and technology-related projects in KSA.
This site-based role will act as a key point of coordination for document control activities, ensuring project records, submissions, tracking logs, reports, and documentation workflows are properly maintained and aligned with client and project requirements.
The ideal candidate will be reliable, highly organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced site environment, and able to coordinate effectively with project teams, contractors, consultants, and client representatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for document control activities at the project site.
- Coordinate documentation between project teams, contractors, consultants, and client representatives.
- Support project leads with document creation, submission, tracking, follow-up, and closure.
- Maintain accurate filing, scanning, organization, and archiving of project documents.
- Track project materials, document status, logs, and required backup documentation.
- Prepare spreadsheets and reports to support project reporting requirements.
- Attend internal and client project progress meetings when required.
- Maintain proper records in line with project procedures, quality requirements, and client standards.
- Support compliance with project documentation processes, quality manuals, and document control procedures.
- Ensure documents are properly named, stored, updated, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Follow up on pending submissions, approvals, comments, and closeout documentation.
Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience in document control, administration, construction, engineering, or office-based project support.
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, industrial, or project-based environments is preferred.
- Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office and Excel.
