Dashlane is looking for our first CSM based in our Lisbon office to help us continue to support our growing EU customer base. You will lead a "dual-motion" portfolio: providing high-impact, reactive management for our Scale Segment while directly managing a portfolio of dedicated accounts. You will own the relationship and success of these accounts with a core focus on Onboarding/Deployment, Retention, and Expansion.

About the role:
Our Customer Support Team is here to deliver first-class support in a simple, effective, and timely manner to our growing Dashlane community. Your day-to-day will be focused on handling technical queries from our customers through a wide range of channels including email, chat, phone, and social media. Those queries could range from account questions, billing-related inquiries, and support ranging from basic how-to questions about the app to more complex questions that may require escalations.
We are looking for people who are passionate about helping others and are interested in technology and the latest technology trends.
This is the perfect role for someone who already has a strong background or relevant experience in technical customer support and who has ideally worked in customer-facing roles.

About the role:
As a Revenue Operations Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Dashlane's revenue generation efforts. You will help support the success and scalability of our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams and work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance to analyze data, optimize processes, and drive strategic decision-making.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, planning, and developing programs for the GTM teams to drive efficiency, ensure we comply with corporate standards, and improve our customer interactions and relationships as your insights and contributions will directly impact the company's revenue growth and customer experience.

Salary Range:
The base salary range for this role is $85,000-$100,000. Additionally, this position is eligible for a variable compensation plan, tied to performance targets.
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of total compensation package that also includes benefits, and other opportunities at Dashlane.
Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other Dashlaners. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at Dashlane to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.
