ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Credit Risk to join our team and drive the growth of our Credit and Liquidity products and business. This is a critical role for Current at a time of rapid growth. The key objectives of this role are to enable profitable growth of our Credit and liquidity products/businesses by focusing on Credit/underwriting strategy, design, execution, management and continuous improvement. We are looking for a person with exceptional analytical skills, a hands-on approach, and a business owner mentality.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Director of Risk to join our team and lead Current’s fraud strategy function, including oversight of new account creation, authentications, first party fraud, authorizations, disputes, and chargebacks. This role balances hands-on oversight with forward-thinking strategy, enabling the business to innovate boldly while managing fraud risk. This leader will also play a critical role in building a world-class enterprise risk management function. Reporting directly to the VP of Risk, this leader collaborates across teams, acts as a trusted partner to business owners and compliance groups, and cultivates a culture of proactive risk ownership.

About the role:
We are looking for a Manager to join our Fraud Strategy team with a focus on payments transaction risk. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and data-driven environment. The key objectives of this role are to minimize fraud losses and operational costs while enabling improved experiences and ensuring compliance. In this role, you will develop and own fraud strategies across all card and money movement rails, debit and credit disputes processing and merchant chargeback processes. This is a critical role for the company at a time of rapid scale, and requires a leader with a business owner mentality and exceptional analytical skills.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Disputes Operations to join our growing Risk Operations team in New York. In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end disputes function, overseeing day-to-day dispute operations while driving strategy, process improvements, and risk mitigation efforts. You’ll partner closely with Fraud Operations, Compliance, Member Experience, Product, and external partners to ensure disputes are handled accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with Federal Regulations and card network rules.
You’ll be responsible for managing the full dispute lifecycle from intake and investigation through resolution, recovery, and reporting while ensuring adherence to Regulation E, internal SLAs, and quality standards. As a people leader, you’ll coach and develop a team of disputes analysts, set performance expectations, and help scale processes as the business grows.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong disputes expertise with operational leadership, sound judgment, and a customer-first mindset, and who is excited to build and improve a critical risk function in a fast-paced fintech environment.
