ABOUT THE ROLE
This role on the data team will play an important part in contributing to the future of Current’s growth and serving data analytics and science needs of various teams at Current. Building dimensional models in the data warehouse, data marts and transformation pipelines is something you are proficient at.
You will build Data Warehouse and Data Models at Current. Partnering with data analysts, data scientists and engineers to support their data modeling and reporting needs will enable you to be successful in this role. You will also work closely with the engineering team to build an efficient data infrastructure and tooling for data ingestion, transformation and analytics purposes.

We are seeking a high-caliber, hands-on Director of Data Analytics to lead and scale our functional analytics organization. In this role, you will oversee analytics teams embedded across various departments, ensuring that data-driven insights are at the heart of every strategic decision at Current.
As a functional leader, you will be the guardian of analytical excellence. You will partner with department leads to align on high-level strategy while working closely with your embedded analytics leaders to ensure they are following established frameworks and rigorous data processes. You are a leader who remains deeply technical. You are capable of diving into a root-cause analysis, reviewing analysis design and structure, or reading a complex experimental readout alongside your team. You must be a master storyteller who can translate complex data into compelling narratives that drive adoption and organizational change.
