Sales Development Representative - Permanent Placement

The Sales Development team is a driving force behind Doximity’s growth. We’re on a mission to connect healthcare professionals in smarter ways, and this team plays a key role in making that happen. Sales Development helps us identify new opportunities, expand our reach with existing clients, and create meaningful connections that set our sales teams up for success.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of a determined geography “territory”, researching accounts, identifying key decision-makers, and engaging them through multiple channels to introduce Doximity’s solutions.

We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about sales and eager to grow. This role is a launchpad into a full-cycle Business Development position, providing you with the skills, experience, and mentorship to thrive.

This role can be filled in our Irving, TX headquarters OR remotely in the U.S.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Prospect via phone, email & social media focusing on both our largest existing customers and new prospects
• Partner with Business Development team members to create strategies to land and expand accounts
• Become a subject matter expert on Doximity’s suite of Talent Solutions Offerings
• Leverage tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn & more
• Manage your activity and metrics to drive decision-making
• Consistently achieve quota 

What We’re Looking For:

• 1 year of prior relevant experience required. 
• Integrity, coachability, and a sense of urgency 
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate our value proposition 
• Excellent organization skills and the ability to manage hundreds of accounts and contacts
• Experience and success with cold-calling/prospecting; understanding of what it’s like to have a monthly quota.

Compensation

The US total compensation range for this full-time position is inclusive of salary + bonus. Our ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, experience, and education/training.

• Omnichannel Outreach: Create and optimize high-converting job postings and messaging across Doximity’s proprietary tools (Precision Search, Talent Finder), LinkedIn, DocCafe, and HubSpot.
• Pipeline & Data Ownership: Develop tailored sourcing plans and maintain robust talent pipelines for high-demand specialties while providing data-driven insights to set market expectations.
• Performance Optimization: Track and analyze key metrics: including open and response rates to refine messaging, timing, and AI-driven strategies in partnership with marketing.
• Collaborative Reporting: Align with leadership on hiring priorities, maintain accurate data within Salesforce, and provide transparent reporting on search performance and candidate engagement.

Recruiter - Permanent Placement - Clinical Search

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Recruiter to join our Permanent Placement - Clinical Search team. In this role, you will leverage your strong communication skills, recruiting experience, and relationship-building expertise to connect top clinical talent with our clients. You'll thrive in our dynamic healthcare staffing environment, working alongside a collaborative team to make a meaningful impact on patient care.

This role will be based at our Irving, Texas headquarters or offered remotely within the U.S. for qualified industry experts.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Expert Consultation & Relationship Management:
  • Serve as a strategic advisor and primary liaison for C-suite leaders, building lasting partnerships through on-site consultations.
• Candidate Sourcing & Screening:
  • Utilize Doximity Talent Solution | Curative’s database and various platforms to source top talent, conducting interviews to ensure alignment with client needs.
• Comprehensive Communication:
  • Collaborate with teams and clients to create effective job ads and marketing materials, addressing any service-related concerns.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3+ years in Permanent Placement healthcare staffing, including retained fee experience with a proven track record of exceeding KPIs.
• Education: College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for engaging candidates and healthcare executives.
• Proactive Approach: Comfortable making outbound calls and connecting with candidate leads.
• Decision-Making:  Ability to navigate complex situations independently.
• Organization: Strong prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Professionalism: Skilled in relationship-building with healthcare leaders.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace and recruitment technologies.
• Motivation & Drive: Self-starter with a strong work ethic and commitment to success in healthcare staffing.
